Outdated for a 5 star 21 century Hotel!

You are required to book parking in advance, and when I arrived there was no availability. I ended up having to park about 600 meters away from the hotel. In addition, the hotel feels extremely outdated — it seems like it hasn’t been renovated since the 1980s. Everything is very old and in need of an upgrade.

I would not prefer to anyone this hotel at all!!

It was only clean

There was no AC, we had e very hard time to sleep because it was too hot and windows did not block the noise from outside, it looked like the windows were open all the time. Elevetors were terribly small and we had to pay for parking without being told from the beginning and it was very narrow. If I knew all o fthese I woldn't reserve it at all and I would not reccomend anyone!!!! Worst experience ever for the price that has been given!!!!

Not up to Holiday Inn's standards of quality or service

The location seemed suitable, the breakfast was until 11am. A couple staff members were polite.

Parking wasn't available, and local recommendations were closed at the arrival time of 11pm (preliminary announced), resulting in 40min of drive around in a sketchy neighborhood, and carrying luggage by hand. Staff recommended a nearby parking that was closed, and no alternatives. Parking was requested upon booking. The room was incredibly cold and couldn’t be warmed up. Amenities weren't well maintained, both scratched surfaces or squeeky mechanics in the bathroom. The door was hard to close from the outside. For a 2-star small side road hotel or a hostel, it would be passable. For a Holiday Inn at this price point, not recommended.

As this is supposed to be a 5☆ hotel, we would have expected the little bottles of water to be replenished each day. More bathroom facilities, a face cloth etc

A pleasant and comfortable stay with great service, despite a minor issue with the lunch.

The beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers convenient parking.

I ordered a burger for lunch, and unfortunately, it had a strong burnt smell. However, my husband ate it and didn’t mind.

All in all, it was a good option for our short vacation, I would recommend it.

We were here 3 days only and it was nice. The hotel is quite old, so rooms are quite old-fashioned but if you like this old-style luxury hotel vibe, it’s perfect for you. Rooms are really spacious and clean, noice cancellation is perfect, we never heard anything from other rooms or corridors. I don’t really get complaints about breakfast, as many people wrote here. On my opinion, breakfast was good, big variety of typical breakfast options and some local food and desserts as well, we enjoyed it a lot. I don’t know, if we were lucky or it’s always like this, but we’ve never met any families with kids, only sweet elderly couple, which was really nice.

If you book this hotel because of the pool, don’t expect a lot. The pool is clean and overall good, but the depth is only 0.9m, keep this in mind.

Good value for money

Good service, very nice and friendly staff, nice lobby, good location, the food at the restaurant was very good and the pool was small but lovely.

Not safe for small children. We stayed in a family room on the 8th floor, windows can fully open, no bars, no locks on windows and the sofa bed was placed right under the window just to make things a bit more dangerous!!! Also in the pool was a big dead cockroach beside the back wall, was very disturbing and disgusting.

The coffee at the rooftop was ok.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. Not even a 4 stars hotel. Rooms are too old, the walls on the terrace are fooling down. There is an unbearable smell in the toilets, coming from the sewers and insects are domestic animals here. The breakfast was one of the worst in my life.

Large two bedroom family suite, comfortable beds.

Noise during the nights. There was a group of teenagers on the floor shouting and jumping at 2 and 3 a.m. Also, somebody called us up the room’s fixed phone three times during the night.

It was extremely clean and fresh, comfortable bed and pillows, polite and smiley staff, great bar at 9 floor and enough parking spaces!

The fitness is too small (mini fitness) and we assumed that when we arrived at the hotel. On the internet there is no such information as the fitness is mini.

Common areas look lovely. Very stylish and clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Shower had good pressure.Good location and good selection at breakfast.

The walls of the room are very thin. You can hear your neighbors talking, even sneezing. The plumbing from other rooms reverberates in the room.The room could do with some remodeling, a little outdated. The hotel is beautifully renovated in all common areas. But individual rooms are not as nice.

Far far away from 5 star hotel

Where to start. I understand that there is some strange categorization in Greek hotels, but this was was far, far away from 5 stars. This was far the worst holiday in I stayed in. Room was really old fashioned with FM radio built in (ok, interesting vintage detail :)). Bathroom was small and terrible. Walls were demanded on couple of places. Restaurant was bloody expensive (although, stuff was really great). Garage is small and hard to access. Definitely, not good impression.

Ideal for my trip

Great location for what I needed, on the main road with lots of transport options and an ATM nearby. Facilities were excellent too. Breakfast had lots of options and on until a good time if you wanted a lie-in.

Only a little niggle, the minibar had a bright light that was directly in front of the bed. I had to cover it as I need almost total darkness to sleep. Other than that, no issues.

Overall a failed experience, I wouldnt recommend nor visit again.

It was a sad little room with a literally tiny bathroom that I could barely enter because the sink was blocking the door. Stains on the old bathtub and a faint sewage smell. A/C was poor, I cranked it the whole night and at the morning the hotel corridor was still cooler. Breakfast was seemingly complete but most of the cooked offerings (scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, etc) were poorly executed. By 9 o clock that I went to eat, several dishes were out and the refills came after half an hour. Parking spaces at the basement were so cramped that they shouldnt charge for it.

Housekeepers slaming the doors since 7.00 am..i half empty hotel we were put in last room on the coridor next to the laundry..whyyy? We were there at least two or three times as the guests..air conditioner couldnt get to the normal temp..so loud..NEVER AGAIN..
