Great hotel in a great location

Breakfast really good, evening meal also. Location great for the train station and on the bus route to and from the airport. Staff really helpful. The single room bed is not as comfy as the larger room ones - it needs a mattress topper. Apart from that very comfy. I will stay here again. Thank you to everyone.

Everything was, as always, excellent. However, it feels like the carpets and the upholstery on the chairs are nearing the time for a refresh.

Disappointing and would not recommend

The staff was very unhelpful especially the girl at the reception and the manager that gave me a triple room deluxe that I paid for with broken toilet and stinky smell and they said there is nothing they can do not even give me a double and a single room unless I paid 30 euro extra and they lie about the free parking on the site because they have 3 spots available and we had to pay 20 euro per car parking because that was the only option close to the hotel and they wouldn’t pay for it. Not normal considering the parking was half price of the room itself. Not saying there again and wouldn’t recommend!!!

A very good transit hotel

Everything was more than ok with the hotel, comfort, staff, food, ambiance. It’s in a residential area not very nice. Is definitely a very good option as a transit hotel.

a bad experience, not worth the price

Good size room, friendly staff.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Not worth the price. We had the triple “deluxe” room. Cleanliness level is debatable, carpets are dirty and various things need repairing: there are holes in the curtains, the wallpaper is torn off the wall. The air conditioning is very loud and on the “low” position the air blowing is very strong. It was impossible to sleep with it turned on. No insect net at the balcony door. No chairs or table on the balcony.

Pictures promise you way too much …

The lobby and the spa was well down and inviting. And yet the sofas in the lobby were worn out and damaged and everything looks like it needs a do-over.

The pictures deceive. The rooms are horrible tiny and dark. No view at all. Worst: the location. Yes it’s close’ish to the centre but the area feels super unsafe and is definitely very ugly.

Just an average hotel

The room was spacious and looked clean. The check-in and check-out was fast. The bed was comfortable. The location is ok-ish, not that fair from the center and there is also a metro station 1 min from the hotel.

The hotel room was clean but had a weird smell. It's stated that breakfast is served until 11:00 but at 10:00 most of the food was gone and there were no refills. The situation with the parking is terrible - even though parking on the street is free, it's sci-fi to find a free parking space. So I parked 10 min from the hotel. There is also a paid parking lot across the street. With all due respect, I would choose a different hotel the next time I am in Thessaloniki.

The staf were very friendly and ready to help us and give us tips what to visit and from where to start, the parking spot was great, right st the entrance of the hotel, the rooms vere super clean and neat, the breakfast was great as the staff were bringing food continuesly as soon as a plate was empty. Looking forward to visit them again and very soon!

Very dirty carpet, very old duvet cover which cannot cover the duvet. Failed soundproofing especially at the entrance door as I could hear dialogues and loud noises outside of the door. Horrible burger. Also, I was supposed to get a 10 euros voucher which I never got. I asked for that when I checked out as they charged me 12 euros for 3 soda water and an expired kinder bueno. They said that I could not use the voucher for the sodas as I could only use it for food/drinks at the hotel's bar/restaurant, for bills over 30 euros. I was at the restaurant the night before when I have had that horrible burger and my bill was 28 euros. Nobody told me for this deal, otherwise I would have spent 2 more euros so I could use the voucher. Very cheeky and no communication. Really disappointed this time. The hotel needs some attention.
