clean, nice, good breakfast, happy to go there again, only bad thing was very old TV

TV from year 2010 - i don't need biggest smart TV with Netflix, but expected at least USB supported TV but that was not the case too when i have prepared USB for this occasion - so i was able to watch in evening only Greece TVs..

Overall, the hotel is good and the locations perfect.

The location is excellent, just city center. Lot's of restaurants and shops around.

The room was smaller than expected, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast is basic.

Excellent location

The location is excellent for exploring the city, it is located in a very beautiful area. It is near Aristotelous square, the seafront, many shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Our room had a partial view of Thermaikos gulf. The hotel staff is very helpful. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good. The hotel has a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Just one small thing, is that the furniture need some maintenance.

Even minor complaints won't change my opinion - I will come here again and again.

I've been here for the 7th time and I would never consider choosing another place - everything is very good for me, starting from the location, continuing with the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Everything satisfies me for the money I pay, despite the gradual increase in prices, and the quality has not changed for quite some time.

The breakfast was never overly rich or luxurious, but this time my usual scrambled eggs were a bit underwhelming. I still like everything about the hotel, but I have noticed several times - especially in the bathroom - that the equipment and plumbing need to be updated.

Excellent Location and Great Value in the Heart of Thessaloniki

Hotel Luxembourg is perfectly located just steps from the sea promenade, Aristotelius Plaza, and plenty of restaurants and shopping options. Iconic landmarks such as the White Tower (16 minutes’ walk) and the Archaeological Museum (22 minutes’ walk) are also within easy reach. Parking is convenient too, with the Grand Parking building only a 10-minute walk away - affordable compared to other nearby options that require leaving your car keys. The hotel staff stood out for being professional, friendly, and very helpful. Our room, while a bit dated, was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning wasn’t the strongest but still managed to create a pleasant atmosphere, and we appreciated how quiet it was on the lowest fan setting. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with the highlight being the excellent coffee from the espresso machine. Overall, this hotel offers an unbeatable location, warm service, and very good value for money - a great choice for a stay in Thessaloniki.

Although the building exterior is classical and classy interior is a bit old fashion. Matress is not comfortable and room doors are not tight enough to avoid noise which is very disturbing when someone talks at the corridor or house keeping starts working in the morning

Nice stay in the heart of Thessaloniki.

Great, central location close to all amenities and Ladadika district for a great choice of restaurants and bars. A nice buffet breakfast to start off the day.

Only downside was that the AC in the room wasn't very effective, and it seemed that the staff knew about the issue, but it had not been rectified yet. We made do with opening the balcony door. Staff also offered a portable fan.

The accommodation was great, the location excellent and within walking distance of all tourist attractions. The staff is extremely friendly and accessible 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean and tidy upon our arrival.

Exceptional

The room is absolutely beautiful and clean. At the city center of Thessaloniki, only 5mins walk from Aristotelous Square and the area looks like you are not in the city center. There are options next to the hotel to have a drink or restaurants. Last but not least the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very pleasant, friendly and always ready to help.

The hotel is located in a very good place, in the center of the city. There were too many mosquitoes in the room and the air conditioning did not work. At night, there was a lot of noise from the corridor, when all the guests came home, it was as if someone was entering my room.

Exceptional

Very nice location in a small street towards the sea. Friendly staff, quality breakfast, comfortable beds. We got everything we needed for a 3 day stay. We will surely come again when we are in Thessaloniki.
