The hotel staff are highly professional and provide excellent service.

We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a great variety of food and the service. was excellent. We had early excursions planned and often left the hotel early.Since breakfast is served from 7-30 a.m. to 9 p.m.,we were able to enjoy in the evening,which was very convenient.

Very nice hotel

The hotel is new and not very big. The location is good, it is actually in the city center. The staff are very helpful and polity. The breakfast is quite nice and you can have it when you want. If you are lucky, you can park infront of the hotel or in the near parking. Definitelly I recoment this hotel.

It was a perfect two day stay. The customer care was something extraordinary starting even with the call to ask us the day before the arrival how they can help us about the arrival. Dimitris was very cheerful and friendly. When we arrived the parking spot was available in front of the hotel so we have it for free. The breakfast is served all day long (this is so rare, but in the same time very nice). It is a’la card orders but it is the best breakfast that we had traveling. The room was spacious, cleaned every day, complementary snacks, coffee, bottles of water…. The hotel is in the city center so by foot you can visit all the near by attractions. All in all excellent.

This is what all boutique hotels should be like! Great customer-centric service by very friendly staff. All services were exceptional especially the all-day breakfast which we found very useful when we had day-long excursions which started really early. Would definitely return here, if given the chance.

All the staff provided an exceptional service therefore I cannot highlight one name over an other. Restaurant and reception staff were always there to help us out, when needed.

Breakfast brilliant. I would give it 10 out of 10 rating. Location is "so so". A bit far from the main attractions, but a 10 minutes walk would do the job. The staff was more than ok, willing to help with everything.

We have been travelling with a 9 year old child and asked for an extra bed. Unfortunately, the bed was making noises each time the child was moving while sleeping. We have asked for a bed change (the reception was very kind and provided support in changing the bed). Unfortunately, again, the new bed was making the same noises. So our stay was not pretty pleasant, as we did not manage to sleep as we wished for.

Very nice place to be

Great hotel, in the city center, with a great breakfast, which is actually a la carte menu. The pool is decent and they have a sauna and jacuzzi.

One member of the staff was quite rude for no reason. We were there for two days and he was like that all the time. Also, I feel we were scammed for the parking. It's 15€ per day, we arrived at 20h in the evening but they insisted we needed to leave the parking at 11 am even though we paid the full 2 days.
