Perfectly located small hotel with great rooms and unusual, excellent breakfast.

Perfectly located close to a metro station (5 minutes) and the sea, also close to a large collection of restaurants. The room has a high ceiling, nicely decorated, great shower. Each day you pre-order excellent breakfast on a prepared sheet, which is served in the bar or at your room. Lots of choices, liked the variety ! Comfty bed, nice "courtyard" in front of rooms where you can also sit.

I do not have any complaints, the stay was very nice. All good. Its a small place, the taxi driver did not know it, I had to look a bit for the entrance.

We had a very nice stay

The old house is quite charming, good taste in the refurbishment, desk staff polite, high quality sleeping. As for its location, the best Thessaloniki can offer.

Mandatory choice of your breakfast time and menu, and the eggs came cold. Yet the quality was really good.

Fantastic hotel, exceeded expectations.

Beautiful building in the best part of the city. Rooms were large and stylishly decorated. Great balcony overlooking the pedestrianised street.

Not suitable for business trips, essentially no sleep.

The hotel itself is really nice. The rooms are very clean, the mattress and pillows very comfortable. The staff is more than willing to accommodate any way they can and I have to say they did everything that was possible to solve the situation, including letting me try three different rooms, in case in one of them the noise was not so loud. They have been trying to deal with this situation for some time and I hope it will be resolved at some point. Unfortunately, I cannot ignore the fact that I was not able to sleep nearly at all, and this was the whole purpose of booking a hotel.

It gives me no pleasure to say this but I feel obliged to warn people travelling for business purposes. I stayed overnight on Sunday and Monday and I could not sleep more than three hours. I had to wake up at 7 o clock because I booked this hotel due to a conference I had to attend, and since 21:00 the noise from music,like a band was playing live IN the room,was overwhelming. I contacted the receptionist and they moved me to another room, while also contacting the club.In the second room, the music and partying from the street was also prevalent until very early morning. I kept hoping as the hours passed it would get better, but to no avail. Needless to say the third room was no better, as the music from the club became worse after 01:00. It is true that this is an area with a lot of bars but frankly, I could not have predicted this mess.Plus, I did not find any reviews that stated this as the huge issue it actually was. If you plan to party until 6 o clock it would be ideal, but for whomever wants to work,not a viable option.

Perfect stay in the heart of Thessaloniki

Location and spaciousness of the accommodation. Great bed, bed linen and style. Very polite and friendly staff.

Amazing location but a bit loud

The location is amazing, very close to everything in center. Beds very comfortable. We asked for hair dryer and reception provided it immediately. Also had all the necessary things like care kits,shower gels,toothbrush e.t.c. if you forgot yours

Perfection 100%

Absolutely perfect, brand new, boutique hotel on a little square in the historical part of the town! The rooms are very luxurious with high end furniture. Everything is large and comfortable, home-like, and even better. Clean 100%, personnel are more than hospitable, had a privilege to meet manager Yiannis who is keeping the place with high proffesionalism.

Kérés nélkül magasabb kategóriájú szobát kaptunk. Nagyszerű helyen lévő, családias légkörű szálloda. Tágas, stílusos, jól felszerelt, kényelmes szoba és fürdőszoba. Rendkívül kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Változatos, gazdag reggeli, melyet a szobádba is rendelhetsz. Fűtés-szellőzés korrektül működik. Kitűnő ár-érték arányú szálláshely.

Κεντρικό, όμορφο δωμάτιο, αλλά με ελλείψεις στην καθαριότητα.

Πολύ ομορφα διακοσμημένο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιον. Κεντρική τοποθεσία, το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πεζόδρομο, κοντά σε μέσα μεταφοράς. Εξυπηρετεί ο σταθμός Μετρό Βενιζέλου και υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση.

Η καθαριότητα δεν ειναι καθημερινή. Και δεν εννοώ αλλαγή πετσετών ή σεντονιών σε καθημερινή βάση που δεν την απαιτώ προσωπικά. Μείναμε 4 μέρες και δεν ηρθε κανείς να αδειάσει τους κάδους. Καθώς ο χώρος του πρωινού είναι πολύ μικρός, υπήρχε δυνατότητα παροχής του πρωινού στο δώμάτιο. Ο δίσκος του πρωινού παρέμενε στο δωμάτιο και απομακρύνθηκε μόνο όταν το επισημάναμε, την επόμενη ημέρα. Δεν ανανεώθηκαν τα φλυτζάνια/ποτήρια, δεν υπήρχαν κουταλάκια στα φλυτζάνια. Θεωρώ ότι για το κόστος του δωματίου θα έπρεπε αυτές οι λεπτομέρειες να είναι προσεγμένες.

Θα επιλέγαμε το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο και στο μέλλον.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο και ο εξοπλισμός άριστος. Το προσωπικό απόλυτα εξυπηρετικό. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, κοντά στα περισσότερα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η θέρμανση του δωματίου τέλεια!

Υπήρχαν μικροελλείψεις, οι οποίες πάντως διορθώθηκαν γρήγορα από το προσωπικό (δεν βρήκαμε παντόφλες και τηλεχειριστήριο της τηλεόρασης και το ψυγείο δεν λειτουργούσε-διορθώθηκε την επόμενη μέρα). Η ηχομόνωση θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη. Τραγική η δυσκολία παρκαρίσματος-όπως και σε όλη την πόλη-ήταν δύσκολη ακόμα και η πεντάλεπτη στάση για τις βαλίτσες.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο

Αρχικά η τοποθεσία είναι ειδυλλιακή. Μέσα στην πλατεία εμπορίου. Τρία βήματα από τα Λαδάδικα και όλη η αγορά της Θεσσαλονίκης κοντά. Παντού μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια.Το κτήριο είναι 100 χρόνων πολύ καλά αναπαλαιωμένο με όμορφες λεπτομέρειες και διακόσμηση. Όλα τα άτομα του προσωπικού είναι ευγενικά και πρόσχαρα. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι. Μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε ξεχωριστοί. Οι χώροι αρκετά μεγάλοι και άνετοι. Πολύ καθαρό

Θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί ο χώρος του πρωινού γεύματος. Τα στρώματα στους καναπέδες που γίνονται κρεβάτια είναι υπερβολικά σκληρά

Sehr laute Bars, Clubs drumherum

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und wer zentral und gleich "im Leben" sein will ist hier genau richtig, aber eigentlich muss irgendwo angegeben sein, dass es laut werden kann. Das Hotel ist ja nicht günstig.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einem Vergnügungsviertel (Bars, Restaurants, Clubs) von Thessaloniki. Mein Zimmer im 2. Stock schaute auf eine Bar, die bis ca. 2 Uhr laute Musik spielte - die Fenster konnten die Bässe nicht abhalten. Ich bat die Rezeption mir bitte ein Zimmer nach hinten raus zu geben aber es war spät und ich bekam die Antwort, das Hotel sei ausgebucht, man würde es am nächsten Tag probieren. Weiter ging es dann bis 5.00 Uhr mit dem Club, der auch in der Nähe ist. An Schlaf war trotz Ohrstöpseln nicht zu denken. Da war mir klar, dass auch ein Zimmer nach hinten raus nichts gebracht hätte, weil man es im ganzen Haus (auch in den Fluren) hören konnte. Ich hatte hier 3 Nächte gebucht. Nach einer Nacht bin ich ausgezogen. Das Hotel hat mir die erste Nacht berechnet, wahrscheinlich statt einem vollen Storno über die Gesamtsumme der drei Nächte.
