Great choice need to improve breakfast

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at if not the cleanest! I was so happy with the room and service even though we stayed only for a night. Location is great very central, the hotels aesthetic is lovely! The stuff was very kind and genuinely wanted to help each guest.

Breakfast was disappointing. Nice coffee and the omelettes are a nice choice, but not well advertised. Maybe a small sign on top of the table to notify guests. Given that Thessaloniki has so many nice options for brunch and breakfast it is not really worth it to have breakfast at the location.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The rooms were spotless and featured a beautifully designed interior. The staff were always smiling, approachable, and extremely friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of foods along with great coffee. The location was perfect: just a 10‑minute walk to the sea and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely worth recommending

On top of Ladadika

Location of the hotel is the best for first time and repeat visitors. It is near a busy area but not noisy as it is on a side street. Anything you like, food, drink, supermarket, etc. is near you. We have been many times to Thessaloniki; we will hopefully go back soon & would stay in this hotel again.

Their lift system has a life of their own. I never climbed up to the wrong floor so many times even though I was the only caller of a lift to go down. It also makes it very difficult for cleaning ladies, they constantly apologised for being in the way or having material in the lift.

From the moment I arrived at Elisabeth Boutique Hotel, everything felt special. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was elegant and spotless, and the boho vibe they have is truly majestic. As it was my birthday, I was surprised with a complimentary upgrade and a thoughtful treat from the hotel, a gesture that made my trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, style, nice breakfast and warm hospitality in the best location of Thessaloniki.

Everything was great. Rarely I have nothing to recommend as an improvement or suggestion, but this time I am truly satisfied. Next trip to Thessaloniki it will be the same hotel, for sure.

In recent years I have been repeatedly disappointed by Booking's ratings, this time the description and score were accurate. This hotel, it's a shame it can't be duplicated and taken home with me. Clean, welcoming, every object is meticulously designed for the guest's comfort

I would add two things - English TV stations in the cable package on the TV and feta cheese at breakfast... although it is excellent.

The hotel’s modern design and meticulous cleanliness added to the comfort and luxury of our stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to all the major attractions, shops, and vibrant nightlife. Despite its central location, the hotel was a peaceful retreat. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could wish for, including a super comfy bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast was a delightful start to each day, with a fantastic selection of fresh, delicious options. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and spa, were excellent and added to the overall experience. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was the perfect way to unwind. Elisabeth Boutique Hotel provided us with an exceptional experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thessaloniki

Fantastic!

Everything was great. Breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee (taf). Beds by Cocomat were extremely comfortable, and it’s good to see a hotel finally understand pillows: they provide one soft pillow and one with more support, for each person. Staff were all very kind and attentive, and you had the feeling you were dealing with real people who really care, not just anonymous corporate personnel.

The air-conditioning was a bit tricky to use and didn’t have a remote control. Air pumped into the room from the (very chilly) corridors was quite noisy and could only be turned off by staff (who were very helpful and patient).

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with outstanding service, and the suite was one of the nicest we have had in all of Greece. We accidentally left an article behind, and the front desk staff went to great lengths to get it recovered and returned to us. We would happily come again to stay at Elisabeth Boutique Hotel!
