The location is great. The breakfast is excellent. The room was clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We stayed for the second time in the hotel. This time the room was of a lower category and the difference is striking. In addition to the room size which was still fine, the worse thing was that the bed was just next to the window and the curtains were very short. It means that you sleep right under the window and see all the light coming in the night from the street lightening and in the morning from the sun. I don’t know who figured out this design but it is very badly done and truly uncomfortable (see the picture). My impression of the hotel has worsened. I lower my review for the hotel for this.

The luxury,I booked a Junior Siite and got upgraded to a Master Suite. It's about a half hour walk from the main Train Station in Thessaloniki, plenty to do in the area , Walk back towards Train Station about half way there at major traffic lights turn right there's lots of coffee shops and other shops to please you .
I stayed in Athens for majority of my stay I only went to Thessaloniki for the experience of the High Speed Train Journey, was brilliant I travelled first class but spent both ways in the Cafeteria wagon. Better sightseeing .
Plenty of free coffee and snacks during the day at the hotel and the breakfast was lovely.
Highly recommended.

Location and staff were great.
I requested 2 beds, 2 adults that were NOT a couple!!!
Had to share a bed!!! Not enjoyable!!!
