Great location

Great location just in the centre of the town.Nice big room.very friendly staff

Quite dated ,needs a good revamp but then again the price was just right !could not get breakfast as all tables were full.

It was a great hotel 20 years ago but is fading out and not value for money. Not owned parking

1. Big issue with non hotel owned parking. Nearby parking ask for your keys. Booking.com has parking in the facilities but shall be removed as it it did not belong to the hotel 2. Entire hotel is like I was visiting 25 years ago, nice concept with Imperial but unfortunately not renovated and actually in room A2 the curtains look so dirty like never washed. 3. the pictures at booking.com show a bright hotel but unfortunately do not match reality

Charming Palace to stay with family

The location was great since you can walk easily to major sites and close to grocery stores. The breakfast buffet was basic and very copious. The staff was very helpful. The entire family enjoyed our 7 days stay 💕

Nothing

There was nothing to like about the hotel. The room was freezing. They said let's give them blankets as if they were making fun of us. Air conditioners were not working. The room was old and dirty. The bathroom was dirty and old. In short, a poorly maintained hotel. Not worth the money

Next to the city Center. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was filthy, the fan had a horrific sound, the room is dark, bedsheets were ripped, no way near the photos on booking.

Surroundings are nice, for coffee in the morning or fast grocery shopping Paid parking is very close

1. Staff 2. Good breakfast(although as fruits were only some water melon) 3. Location

Bad sound isolation(although the walls seems from solid concrete/something..), you were able to hear quite everyting(from normal speak within the rooms to water pipes). Old furniture, mould smell in the room, old and battered towels. Bed mattress of a poor quality(unstable soft bed mattress)

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room very clean, smallish but adequate. Hotel situated in a side street but in centre of town close to shops, markets and tourist attractions. Wonderful breakfast.
