Overall, it was a lovely two-day stay, and the staff went out of their way to make it special.

The staff were exceptional, easily the most helpful, kind, and friendly I have met. They went above and beyond in every respect and set a new benchmark for service.

The breakfast was unremarkable, and the room was excessively warm despite efforts to lower the heating. I ultimately had to leave the door open to cool it, which was less than ideal due to the cold weather and street noise.

My stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and met my expectations.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was convenient for everything I needed. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay again.

I was generally satisfied, but there were a couple of small things that could be improved. For example, the room could have had better sound insulation, and some facilities felt slightly outdated. These weren’t major issues, but improving them would make the stay even better.

Not a great experience

The room was extremely small and hard to manage for 2 people. The hallways were dingy and the carpeting was dirty. It was a pretty depressing atmosphere. the staff was very nice. Location was just ok.

Bedroom and bathroom were a very good size and everything worked. Would have preferred a walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent and a packed breakfast was provided on request for an early start. The staff were very helpful and friendly - which was great

Location. Would prefer a hotel a couple of streets nearer the park and Roman forum. The street was noisy with buses running along it

If you want to stay in a central location, this is the place!

The location is very good, central, close to Aristotelous Square, convenient for all means of transport. The staff is polite and, overall, helpful.

There was an issue with the air conditioning. I brought it up twice at the reception—once in person at the reception area and once over the phone. I followed all the instructions I was given from the beginning, such as keeping the window closed, using the buttons correctly, and also the advice from the staff member over the phone to set the temperature to zero. Unfortunately, it didn’t work, resulting in the room being quite hot. I gave feedback at checkout so that, on the one hand, they can check the issue, and on the other hand, they can be more supportive when a guest informs them more than once about a malfunction (such as, in this case, by visiting the room). I believe it was an unfortunate incident and that it will be resolved for future guests.

Great value for the money

The room was very clean, room service was available even on Easter Days, great hospitality from and client oriented staff. For breakfast there were vegetables, cheese and pastries, more than enough for a good day start. Also, you could come for breakfast even after 10 o'clock, in case you had a later wake up until food stocks were depleted. Also, the hotel is placed very nice, you have some tables outside to drink a cofee, and your are near from the sea front, historical sights and bus stops. Also, beds were very comfortable and I had a very good sleep.

Rooms are a bit tiny, but for me that was not an inconvenience.

5 star staffer . Kindness and professionalism that you rarely meet. Stuff in breakfast 6 star. Breakfast 4 star…!!! Very comfortable and clean room/hotel. I highly recommend them for a hotel almost at the beginning of the Thessaloniki market!!

the technological edge beyond the power socket and the internet is hard to find. Not a single usb socket OR socket near Bed. One power strip per room… come on guys……. My 30A mobile charger was unable to charge my phone properly!!!
