Great!

We had the studio, we had a great sea view and the room was big and pretty comfortable. Amazing balcony to relax a bit and next to the sea. Also the swimming pool below was amazing and the staff is great.

Few mini ants to be found, maybe can be avoided if floor and skirting boards are gettong sealed.

Highly recommend

Great location right by the beach. Rooms are big with decent but noisy air-conditioning... The in touch restaurant is excellent... ate in there every day... and very cheap! Swimming pool fantastic with sunloungers..

If you struggle with stairs etc request a lower level room if you're in the rooms building. The stairs are a killer. If you get a top floor room. Also make sure you've got a ton of mosquito repellent on before leaving the room... you'll be bitten by the time you've reached reception.

Good value for money

Located in a very busy area. They have an amazing restaurant on premises with good food, cheap prices, real coffee and very lovely staff. We stayed just one full day, mostly hanged out by the pool. The pool is very good, clean and comfortable. The room was bigger than expected.

There was a huge hole between the door and the wall, perfect for mosquitoes to get in, so i had to cover by squeezing a towel there. There was really a little of mosquitoes in the reception room so you couldn’t be in it to check in

We stayed in the 2 BR villa and it was a great room! I loved the convenience of the location, close the beach, close to the pier, close to the pool, close to so many restaurants and nightlife activities. The refrigerator was also GREAT!!! It kept our drinks so cold, almost too cold...they sometimes froze up! LOL The pool during the day was very quiet, so it was nice for me to lay out and relax while my husband and daughter went scuba diving, and very convenient to the room that I could get out of the sun if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect.

Great location. On the beach and but away from the loud bars which was important for me with two young kids. Everyone was really friendly and the room was cleaned daily with towels being changed regularly. Pool was fantastic (again cleaned daily) and the restaurant was great too. We were sorry to leave.

Very clean rooms and the staff were so helpful. They had a washing service which was 60baht per kg which is very reasonable and it was a big help as we had been travelling a few weeks prior to arriving here. The restaurant on the beach front is amazing, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets.

Mom and Kid Solo Trip

I loved that I was able to find other kids on this beach / at this property for my 10yr old to play with.

I wish I had accepted the pick up from the pier. There is a tough incline with luggage to walk it but it's fine without luggage.

Really nice hotel in Koh Tao

- pool/pool area (was super clean. They check it and clean it every night) - room was super big and comfortable. - the service (they took us to the port when we left) - we told them, before arrival, that we wanted to reduce the booking for one night and they changed the booking for us and give us the money back ! Super honest! - the room (aside from the bathroom) was in perfect conditions!

- the shower was a little bit uncomfortable. The water came out as if under pressure at times and the shower was at a height of 1mt-1.20mt, which made it impossible to rinse with two hands, because one hand always had to hold the shower above your body. - common thing in Thailand: bathroom full of ants (not a big deal..) - the cleanliness was a little bit random. Sometimes was perfect, other times they did nothing but making the beds and leaving new towels ! (They never removed the remains of hair from the shower, for example.)

Perfect location for our needs. Quieter end of the front, a short walk to others bars/restaurants. Swimming pool an added bonus. Restaurant linked to hotel right on beach front, nice for a beer during sunset. Bedding and towels all nice. Tea/coffee facilities in room and shower gel etc supplied in bathroom.

Staff not the most interactive/friendly we came across on our travels. Our room was very tired. Bathroom had mouldy grout and window blind. Room cleaned but not to a great standard.

2 bed bungalow

We stayed in the 2 bedroomed bungalow and it was excellent. Room super clean and help was always at hand when asked. The new pool was amazing and location perfect for a family stay.

Beautiful location. Clean and spacious rooms, amazing balcony. Staff were fantastic, always ready to help. There is also a pool - not advertised on Booking. With some small cosmetic changes this can easily be more than 2*. I’d happily stay there again.

Good location, but service can be improved

Location is perfect along the busy streets and beach of Sairee. Convenient to get around, and restaurant right outside is good with perfect view. Balcony room is really good and room is spacious.

The room was not super clean when we checked in, and staffs were less friendly. They do not provide pick up upon arrival, unlike other hotels and taxi service makes you pay 400 baht to get there despite being 1.5km away from pier, or if you do not want to, U can drag Ur luggage up the hilly road to get there. Fyi when you arrive, other hotel staffs will be waiting at pier to pick you.

Comfortable but with some issues.

We had 1 room upgrade and that room was lovely and large with a great view from the extremely big balcony and was very clean, the bed was huge and comfortable! Unfortunately the shower was no more than a dribble and the handle on the door to the bathroom broke (clearly had happened before) so we were locked out of there, went to reception 4 times and called the number lots too but no one was there, after about 2 hours we found someone who said we should be able to unlock it using a spoon…. When they came to do that it didn’t work so they had to change the handle. The second room we booked was simple but comfortable which a much better shower but a lot of the tiles on the floor were loose and wobbly and the door was weird to lock which took quite a bit of time to suss out. Felt like it could do with an update and a bit of love. The reception isn’t regularly manned and you may have to hunt people down for check in/out or for any issues. The area is lovely and close to some great restaurants, beaches and cafes and close by there is also places to book day trips (private or group), ferries and activities. A lift back to the pier from the hotel is available as well.

Very spacious room. Location also great, near a lot of restaurants but still a quiet area. There is a nice pool ( not in advertise, so nice surprise) I do feel for that price the breakfast should be including, but you know this when you book so it’s a choice you make.

Exceptional

Had a beautiful room, with a balcony over looking the beach less than 100meters away. The hotel staff came everyday to clean the room as you need and provided bottles of water. In Touch is in a nice quite area but walking distance to anything you need. When i come back to Koh Tao i will definitely stay at In Touch again.

A great stay in Koh Tao.

Great location and the room is big and comfortable. Very suitable for the divers as there’s a balcony for you to dry the gears. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner is not cold enough for a big room like this.
