    Good stay when you are in Koa Tao. Everything is reasonably near and their restaurant is pretty good.

    Location was perfect, rooms were HUGE and modern. Felt truly like a 5 star resort. Lack of a proper pool was a bummer, but we knew that going in. Pricey at $***/night, but you really get what you pay for. First day our hot water didn’t work, but they immediately sent two guys to fix it. They did spend like 45 minutes working on it, but once it was fixed, it was an excellent shower. Really can’t recommend this place enough if it’s in your budget

    Spent 3 nights at this great place with my two teenagers. Booked an indcredible Junior Suite with private pool. It was Spacious and magical.

    I stayed at AC2 Resort for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. * Bed Bug Infestation: The bed was infested with bed bugs. I couldn’t sleep at all. When I reported it to the staff, they were completely unhelpful and showed zero urgency or care. * Terrible Hygiene & Staff Behavior: Overall cleanliness was disgusting. The foreign staff member barely helped and actually brought us another dirty blanket to use instead of resolving the issue. When housekeeping came to change the sheets, they threw all the pillows directly onto the unmopped, dirty floor before putting them back on the bed. * Shocking Bathroom Amenities: In the bathroom, the hand soap provided was literally dishwashing liquid mixed with water. Utterly unacceptable and cheap. * Broken Facilities: The air conditioner remote did not work at all, meaning we couldn't adjust the temperature. It took them nearly 3 days just to bring us a replacement remote. Everything about this resort is a nightmare, from the filthy rooms to the careless, useless service. Save your money and health—do not stay here!
