Loved the ocean view room and the location right on the beach.
A bit run down and could definitely do with upgrade of fixtures and fittings. Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful.

What a little hidden gem. The hotel was very nice, from the moment you arrived the staff were friendly and gave us an upgrade for free.
The room overlooking the sea was amazing, the pool was really nice and the location was ideal.

The location is perfect- right on the beach and you can walk 5min along the beach to Mae Haad in one direction, or 5min along the road to Sairee Beach “walking road” in the other. The room air con works and the shower was hot.
Very basic - hot shower, a/c and somewhere to sleep but no safety box in the room, rock hard mattress, sand on all floors and bird poop on the balcony. You have to request sheets to be changed and the rooms and corridors get minimal cleaning - all are dirty in the corners. The whole hotel is run down with cracked tiles, rusty old equipment in an unused gym, broken things in flower beds, and old rusty car in a ditch out front. The breakfast is poor - the very basics only. The restaurant has an amazing position on the beach but is as worn out as everywhere else. Basic food, nothing special. The staff tick the box but rarely smile. With investment, this could be an amazing resort but right now it’s cheap and not so cheerful.
