Nice location good value for money if you’re looking for a place to stay to dive

Very close to the pier, room by the pool. Close proximity of our dive shop. Came for 3 nights and extended 2 times for its location and it’s good value for money.

Nothing Maybe hot water that wasn’t really hot. But honestly it didn’t ruined our stay at all.

Quiet location just 5 mins walk from the pier. Nice pool. Large room. Beds were really comfortable. Reasonably priced.

WiFi was not great. Shower was only ever luke warm. Rooms are dark. There is building work at the front of hotel and next to the hotel so a lot of banging from 8am.

Last minute booking and still a reasonable price at a great location

Amazing location at a 5 minute walk from the pier. The pool is good and the rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom. Breakfast is included.

The pool lacks shade and the beds are... interestingly arranged with three abreast, at least they're comfortable.

Had a lovely stay would recommend

We had the 6 person bungalow even though there was only 4 of us. This meant we had 2 toilets which is a bonus when you have 2 teenage girls with you!! The bed on the ground floor was very comfortable, the beds above were a little firm but fine. The breakfast is amazing, loads of choice and the restaurant is overlooking the beach!! The sunbeds by the pool need some attention, lots are broken.

It was always kept clean. good location right by the pier. the staff were super friendly and helped with booking taxis and day trips. all in all would definitely reccomend we really enjoyed this stay.

there’s nothing negative i can really comment about. there was a slightly strange smell in the bathroom coming from the shower but that was all.

we stayed at the family bungalow with 3 beds as we are a family of 6. Bungalow is basic but cute and comfortable. Hot water in shower wasn’t the best. First night our AC didn’t work well but we informed the staff and they fixed it right away They also helped us book an amazing snorkel trip for our family Location is amazing. Nice staff but near the pear

The staff was friendly. Also the bathroom is really big and comfortable. Pretty big pool, you can also get free towels for it. You can arrange trips from reception for nice price.

The location is good cause its next to the beach but for us it was too close to the pier. We didn't like swimming there cause its hard beacuse of the corals.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for and needed - within easy walking distance from the dive shop we had booked with, restaurants, shops, laundry facilities, ferry etc. etc.... one can find absolutely everything one needs on that 500 m stretch of road. The best thing about it all - it is still peaceful and quiet! It's a typical small resort for that part of the island, nothing luxurious but everything you need. Staff are very friendly in a quiet kind of way. We particularly liked the spaciousness of our accommodation, the pool and the location of the restaurant right on the beach.

The Covid years have left their mark in certain places, some of the pool loungers and a couple of other things needed some attention, but it was nothing that really bothered us. Besides, we could see that they were already busy fixing things here and there. The pool was heavily chlorinated, but again, that didn't really bother us, just don't open your eyes under water or wear googles and apply moisturizer after swimming. Overall, those were all small things that didn't really matter.

Perfect two nights in Koh Tao!

The location away from all the action but walking distance to it and the food! we enjoy one of our best meals on new years‘ eve right on the beach, and were alone! big rooms (we stayed in a bungalow)

Good for value, perfect to get to

Location was great for diving which was our main reason to stay here. Close walk into town so lots of options for food or basically anything you could need. Short walk from pier and 7/11.

Most nights weren’t too bad but the first was quite loud due to neighbouring roosters. Air conditioner worked but wasn’t great so room was a bit hot. Probably would’ve used the pool one of the first days but didn’t look cleaned until last day we were here.

-The beach is close to the harbor. So there are many boats and its not the best swimming spot -the location is not perfect (the nearby sairee beach location is much better for restaurants, better beach, etc.)
