Decent location, good associated dive school, nice staff and reasonably nice double bedroom space, daily cleanings etc.

Cockroach infestations in the bathrooms, odour issues. Bit expensive for what it is compared to options elsewhere.

Lovely stay in Koh Tao in the heart of the action.

Clean room, AC, wonderful staff who took such great care of us. They even helped us extend our stay and connected us with a bike rental. Would recommend for a couple!

Everything was really great, but the price was pretty expensive for what you get. I know accommodations in Koh Tao are generally more expensive, but this was a lot. The bed was comfortable, the A/C works properly, and the room is big enough for one person. I would recommend staying here, but be beware of the cost.

Amazing stay on Koh Tao!

upon arrival great service right away. check in went smooth. host is very kind and recommended awesome places that are not very touristic. Rooms are very clean and get cleaned daily. After a few days we even decided to extend our stay. Definitely recommend this place!

very nice staff! upon arrival staff were super friendly and one of them even carried my heavy bag up to my room for me :) rooms were cleaned daily without asking and fresh water given everyday! rooms were very clean and nice. perfect location, walking distances to beaches, restaurants, pier and many dive shops. upon check out staff even offered to drive us to the pier with our bags :) would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Guesthouse

The Guesthouse it’s in a great location, close to the pier, and at walking distance to the busy area, but at the same time you can get a good sleep. The staff is very attentive and friendly, they offered me an upgrade, so I was lucky to have a lot of space. The room was really clean and got cleaned everyday. There is hot water and the AC worked perfectly. I will definitely stay there again while in Ko Tao, I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, very clean and well located.

The place was very well located, very closed to the pier (could walk easily from the ferry boat when arrived in the island). The staff were friendly and helpful, Tom the owner made sure everything was good and had good chats with him. Room was super clean and comfortable, big as well.

Stav and Tom are very congenial and attentive hosts and the wifi was reliable for the most part. The bed is firm and comfortable.

I feel it's overpriced as far as value for money goes, but I was informed it is/was High Season. It is only 400 meters from the pier... all uphill. The deluxe double has very few amenities, no chair or bedside table or luggage rack. The seaview is of a construction site and the main drag right outside makes for a lot of noise.

OK for short stays

The staff was always very friendly, the place is quiet even though located right next to the main road. A lot of space, great huge desk for working with your laptop.

AC is extremely loud. Even if you set it at the highest possible temperature (30C), it will still produce loud bursts of noise every now and then. I had to sleep with earplugs, otherwise, I would wake up in the morning from the noise. If you set it at a lower temperature (e.g. 24-26C), it'll loudly buzz the whole time. For longer stays, many details become uncomfortable, e.g.: - One side of the bed doesn't have any table & electrical sockets, so I had to keep my stuff on the floor, charging via a power bank - There's no place where to unpack your clothes & other things, also extremely limited place in the bathroom to keep your toiletries and so on. Not really bad, probably comfy for a few days' stay, but not longer.

clean rooms, nice breakfast, also customized if needed, helpful staff and owner (motorbike organisation, luggage transport) overall ok to stay there, if you don’t have an issue with the two things below

smoking inside the restaurant whilst others were eating (owner and other guests), I thought those times are really behind us, not here it seems, we left the restaurant immediately and ate our breakfast outside how staff is managed (behaviour of owner towards reseptionist, directing her around with no visible compassion for her situation, she was highly pregnant and you could clearly see she had a really difficult day)
