The place is super close to almost everything
Very close to the beach
Also everything is very nice and the place felt very well taken care of
The smell in the showers wasn’t the best
But its shared so there is nothing you can really do about it other than that the mattress was a little bit uncomfortable

Lovely & quiet hostel with privacy. All staff are lovely - always happy to help and answer questions/find the right yoga classes/activities for you. Big thanks to Sushi & Jo for being so welcoming and friendly.
There was a great variation of yoga classes to choose from led by lovely teachers.
I loved my couple of days freediving with Goni, he was brilliant & seemed so passionate about me having a good experience in the water. His breathwork classes were fantastic!
Cafe below had a nice, chilled vibe with loads of healthy/tasty food choices and lots of lovely people to chat to.
Just down the road there’s a quiet & peaceful little beach away from noisy beach bars.
On my free diving retreat it would have been great to have at least 1 coffee/hot drink token to go with a food option for the price.
Many yoga mats could do with being replaced - I was often covered in rubber/plastic from over-used mats after class. Some yoga classes were quite cramped/started late from trying to squeeze too many people.

Location is quieter.
Yoga classes next door are convenient.
Staff were nice once they warmed up a bit..
Facilities are low quality, run down, and not the cleanest. The bar holding the curtain up by my bed was fixed with electrical tape, one of the bathroom doors fell off during the time I was staying there, everything needs a deep clean, the light by my bed didn't work at first. The storage lockers are these beat up old boxes outside of the room getting 100% sunlight all day (didn't want my things to roast in there like an oven). I thought by paying more (2x some other nearby hostels), I would get more. Wrong. It's a cheap hostel next to a yoga studio. That's it. Very disappointing.
Food at the cafe (1 free meal / day) is bad white people food. Probably not what you're coming to Thailand for.
There is almost NO COMMON SPACE. There is a single sad little couch near reception that seemed always occupied and only holds 2 people anyway. They have allowed all possible common space to be co-opted by 1)a business that doesn't even use the space in the evening (Prana café) or 2) the yoga studio (another business). In a sense, selling out the potential for organic, intentional community to capitalistic interests. Not very yogi.

The cafe and the yoga, comfortable bed
We stayed here for one night and, given the high price, we came in with high expectations — unfortunately, it didn’t live up to them.
At 7 am, staff came into the dorm and turned off the electricity, which woke me up. There’s no electricity during the day, so you have to shower and get ready in the dark. The bathrooms had a bad smell, and in one case the door fell off completely in my friend’s hand. There was also no soap provided.
There’s no communal area to relax, which makes it hard to meet people. The dorm was quiet — almost too quiet, to the point where it felt like you couldn’t speak. This is definitely not the place for socialising.
The hostel expects a lot from guests: you have to sign multiple forms and leave a large deposit. Everything in the building looked old and worn.
The best part was the café, but you only get one token per day for a meal (breakfast or lunch), and this doesn’t include a drink. We also enjoyed the yoga class, but when we asked to move it to another day, the hostel wasn’t very accommodating — not great customer service.
Overall, if it were much cheaper it might be acceptable, but for the price, you don’t get much at all — and you’re still in a bunk room.

I liked yoga and this is the reason to book it. I liked the idea of retreat, yoga and hostel. Good food, but not exellent.
No ac in the room, exluding night time. Room is very very Hot. there is no chilling place. Everywhere van, it is ok, but as all the other hostels etc are having ACs, should not me problem, at because hostel is not cheap. You tecnically buy your free food and yoga in the room price.
Even the chair in the balcony is Hot. I booked female dorm and there was man twice there. So if there is man in the room, please make them just mix. I dont like to be female dorm and come from the shower just with the towel on and seen man there.
Stayed there 1 week. In the middle, I asjed yo change todella, and they asked even how long I am staying. I understand not changeing towel too often, but 4 days is long time. And bed linen was not changed at all. Did not want same questions, but I have stayed other hostels in the Island, and they ask to change linen after 3-4 days. 6 month ago, they had bedbuck, would not Wonder why.
Plus I did not hade any where mentioned that hostel has cats and puppies and those could even come to the room. Now I am sick, because I am allerged to cats and dogs. Would not mind if pets would just be around, but they were everywhere.

It's a perfect place for solo travelers, men, and women.
The friendly staff organized free diving (not scuba) and yoga classes. The place is safe, with lockers for sensitive equipment and lots of room to pile your belongings. You'll have opportunities to meet others, such as at the Friday community dinner. You can also sign up for yoga lessons and workshops with various options and packages, including unlimited options, which provide the perfect "Retreat." Notice that the price includes a yoga lesson per day and a breakfast.
Nearby, at walking distance, the Sai ri beach provides excellent opportunities for open-water swimming, with buoys to navigate the way and enough depth.

The Prana cafe on the first floor provides a nurturing breakfast (included at a price) but relatively very small dishes and an expansive menu.

The price was very good for the things you get: The place is located in the same house as a beautiful cozy Parena coffee shop, and a great view. Also, there is a yoga studio, and a solo travel or a group can come, signed for many classess and workshops as they wish, and make it a "retreat" sports vacation of yoga and more. The bed is comfy, one has a locker to store the stauff.
Breakfast is provided in the coffee shop - a small dish (for me at least - as a sporty guy), but good.

Location is great, right between the two areas of Koh Tao, and amazing sunset location!
The staff is helpful and one yoga class is included per night, along with one order of food per night at the cafe which has a great selection.
Cleanliness could be improved, I had an issue in my dorm. However staff was super helpful and sorted it out!

Every review is subjective. I had very bad experiences during my trip, so this hostel looked like a resort to me :) What I like is that it was peaceful and I could finally sleep well. I like how the dorms are build. No bunk beds, but separate big chucky bed which gives you a lot of privacy. I like that you can see the see from the balcony. Overall my experience was good.
It's quite expensive for what they include. You have breakfast included but only certain things and in other you still have to add some Bath. They give you one coin for yoga but if there is any other activity, you need to pay extra or use 2 coins.
I think they could easily include more activities as the night is very very expensive.
The personal is also quite weird and rude. I've asked on my last day if I could borrow some goggles to snorkel and they've said no.

Perfect location, good views, nice staff, big space in the bed.
Inside the bed bunk it smell a lot of humidity. There’s no AC till 8pm and it gets really hot. Bathroom weren’t the cleanest but not the worst

Beautiful location overlooking the beach and the ocean. Nice to have curtains for the privacy & loads of space in the bed and on the side to put your toiletries or clothing if you like.
Cleanliness of the beds didn’t meet my expectations. Another 2 girls in the room had bed bugs - one of them weren’t even offered some sort of compensation. Showers were okay. You have to pay for towels. Didn’t seem very social hostel as they don’t really have a common space to hang out unless you attend yoga sessions than it would be easier to meet people!

Very nice hostel with very chill vibe: there an amazing ocean view and it's 10 minutes walking from the ferry station.
The stuff at the reception is very nice and they will help find the best solution for your staying in Koh Tao. Also the yoga teachers are incredibly nice and professionals: I had very good session with them, both early in the morning and at the sunset.
The beds are huge and and very comfortable and each of them has a lot of space to store your stuff!
few things that can be easily improved to make a big difference:
1. cleanliness: the place is not the most clean - they made you leave your shoes outside to walk in the rooms but then the floors and especially the toilets are not clean in a way that you can walk bafrefoot...
2. toilet: not clean enough and in 4 days I spent there I NEVER found that paperloo.
3. no hairdryer: for solo travelers it's something you might need and you don't want to bring
4. breakfast: they say it's included, but it´s not really like this. it should be a bit more transparent.
I hope they can improve those little things because I really liked the place and will definetely come back!

Amazing location, such a good vibe of a hostel! Met some great people there and the rooms were super comfy and great size beds with lots of privacy! So cool being able to either attend the meditation session or get breakfast each morning. Really great perk :)
WiFi in the room wasn’t always great, cut out a lot. Would also be great if the air con could be turned on a little earlier than 8pm because it gets so hot!

Probably one of the best hostels I’ve ever been… the localization, the amazing ocean view, the separated individual spacious and comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the bathroom, the yummy breakfasts, the nice staff, the yoga classes… it has everything you need to have the perfect stay!!! It’s a bit more expensive than the other hostels in the area but it’s definitely worth the money!
Also this hostel is SO calm and peaceful, no alcohol and cigarettes allowed which lets you to really enjoy the common spaces. People who stay here are so friendly so if you are a solo traveler I definitely recommend
Nothing! Maybe the only thing to be improved is the wifi

The location is very good, beach view and only 2 min to walk down. The beds are comfy and much more spacious than in hostels usually. It was very quiet at night. The cafe is a great place to hang out. It offers plenty of high quality and tasty food, for breakfast guests are charged for drinks and extras only. I like that they offer daily yoga, freediving courses and events like community dinners which is great to meet others.
To create a real family vibe, I would encourage the hosts to connect more with their guests on a personal level. The volunteers are great and very sweet though! They provide drinking water but it would be great if there would be a possibility to boil water for tea.

so I booked only a few days before I arrived, and everything worked out great the host was very nice and everyone at the reception as well. They handle it so good with the breakfast because you get 200 baht each morning which you can just use at the café next-door for some breakfast. The beds are very clean and you have a lot of space for yourself with the curtains. In general, I had an amazing stay there. I felt very welcome.

Perfect place for Yoga lovers !
Beautiful view, really peaceful environnement ( attention : no party, drugs or alchol), free yoga or breakfast in the morning ( need to chose one option ), water fontains, lots of activity : jam session, yoga teachers, free diving, sounds healing. The yoga teachers are amazing : Chita, Kim, Lisa or Jaa. Room is wow : big, clean, safe. Bed was really comfortable, smell so good, you have a lot of space. I was in the AC room. Lovely place I loved it ❤️

Super Aussicht, tolles Essen unten im Restaurant, super Yogaklassen.
Bettwanzen!!!
Man muss 10-15 min laufen.

Me he sentido engañada.
