The hotel has the best staff ever! They were incredibly kind and helpful, and they helped me a lot during my stay. The location is great, especially for anyone who wants to go diving. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, modern design, great location close to the pier and restaurants, yet not as busy as Sairee. Also very lovely staff! This hotel had everything I needed and was my sanctuary on Koh Tao. Choose a sea facing room if you are sensitive to noise, as the hotel is just by the street.

The hotel had the most comfortable bed (seriously), strong WiFi connection for our TV streaming and was tasteful in it's decor. We had a really good time here. It's walking distance to the pier and good dive centres. Strongly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights, and while the facilities are quite nice and new, this hotel definitely does not live up to a 5-star standard (it feels more like a 3-star). * Check-in & Service: We arrived exhausted, hot, and sweaty. The receptionist simply told us to go up to our room to check in and that she would explain things later. No one helped us carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, and she didn't even offer us a glass of water—basic hospitality you’d expect anywhere, let alone at a 5-star property. * The Staff: The staff was very mixed. Some employees were smiling and helpful, while others had a bad attitude and completely ignored us. * The Smell: Throughout our entire stay, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom into both the hallway and the bedroom. It really ruined the experience. * Location: The location is quite inconvenient if you are getting around without a scooter. The only positive thing is that the facilities are new, but that is nowhere near enough to call this a 5-star hotel. We wouldn't recommend it.
