Amazing service and view for a very good price

Amazing Staff and every morning there is a small free breakfast (tea, coffee, toast and biscuits). The dining area has an amazing view to the sea. The staff helps with every request and speaks good english. The rooms are very comfy and clean.

The door of my room was a little bit broken so it was very loud because the room was close to the main street of the island. Normally i am a strong sleeper and dont have problems but here even I woke up few times because of the noise. The hotel offers free ear plugs in the room as a solution.

Only quip is the front rooms face the main road for traffic so I just used ear plugs and traffic dies down itself through the night.

Great value for money if you need to be where the action is in Koh Tao

Location was great, you can get your laundry done with the reception staff and I did - much better than other laundrettes. Staff were super friendly

Mattress was harder than they usually are in south east Asia, traffic noise is so loud you can hear it at all hours of the night as the insulation isn’t great, can wear earplugs to bed however.

Perfect location and very comfortable! Good size room. Strong and fast WiFi. Comfy bed. Great shower! Close to shops and restaurants. Have to walk a bit to the beach but it’s fine! Helpful staff, good laundry service

It was good for a few nights

The rooms have big smart TV, good quality of the sheets, the matress was hard but not bad.

It’s on the main road so it’s very noisy at all hours, we found a bug right in the gap between the bed and the wall, when taking a shower the hole washroom became a pool.

Good location, a lot of space

Pillows uncomfortable, smell from bathroom, had either allergic reaction from sheets or it was bedbugs, still not sure. Got better when slept with full clothes.

Clean comfortable good location sweet staff

I really liked how clean it was, every surface so clean. And I liked the location close to the harbour so I could walk straight there when I arrived with the boat to the Island. The staff was the best, sooo helpfull with everything we needed right away, every day new clean towels and change the trash and if you want clean the room as well. We liked the lokation so We where close to most resturants / food options, and even tho is close to the road we were not bothered by the cars in the morning cause its pretty soundproof, the rooms are pretty dark but it didn’t matter cause we where out most of the time anyways, or windows open. I would be back! The last 2 nights we spend at the Beach in a small bungalow far away from resturants / supermarket so We where very Happy We stayed here prior to that witch made a good combination of modern / practical and comfort vs off grid with our second stay. I reccomend this place. Nice view for sunset

The only thing was the bed was a bit hard but they told us they are already working on getting new top matresses! Everything is really thought of and they are so good listening to the costumers and making improvements as they go. And I didnt like the cold clinical colour of the light in the room. I like more warm yellow lamp color glow but its such a small thing so overall no complains.

Great hosts and location.

Lovely hosts - the brothers who own the property were very welcoming and gave great advice on snorkelling beaches and restaurants. The location was convenient and the wifi was fast. Bottled water everyday and plenty of shampoo and soap. There is also a large patio area with a sea view to sit and watch the sunset.

Both minor details: The interior decoration was not to my taste - too dark for the size of the room and the water pressure in the shower was low.

Overall, it was much better than I expected based on the pictures—great value for the money.

I liked the property very much. It was conveniently located near the pier and close to everything I needed.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no elevator, but it was only an issue when arriving and leaving with a heavy suitcase—so it wasn’t a big problem. A full-body mirror in the room would be a nice addition, and better lighting for doing makeup would also improve the experience.

Everything we needed

Great location, close to lovely restaurants and pier. Easily walkable to the next beach with other restaurants and bars. The street was loud as other reviews mentioned. The guesthouse does offer ear plugs - we were already equipped with everything because we are light sleepers! There was a party on so we did get woken up with people leaving.

Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut - nicht zu laut aber trotzdem in der Nähe der Geschäfte, Restaurants und dem Strand. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns zu Weihnachten sogar eine Kleinigkeit geschenkt.

Das Bett war etwas hart.

Buena y sencilla opción.

Está cerca del muelle principal y de los establecimientos del pueblo, además de a un paseo de 15 minutos del núcleo más turístico de la isla. La habitación era cómoda y con buena cama.

El desagüe del baño se tupía y a veces se inundaba. El precio es un poco elevado para lo que ofrece, pero los precios de alojamientos en Koh Tao, en general, han aumentado en los últimos años en comparación con otras islas.

Volveremos!!

La habitación es mucho más cómoda de lo que parece en las fotos, la cama y almohadas son de las mejores en las que he dormido. Baño amplio. Tiene un colgador de ropa con perchas y una repisa, buen A/C, tienes un hervidor de agua y café soluble, neverita y cada día te proporcionan dos botellas de agua y papel higiénico. Ah! Y un pequeño tendedero fuera, en la puerta, para toallas y bañadores. Pese al calorazo que pasas al llegar, porque está calle arriba, resulta ser una ubicación muy apropiada porque tienes mercados justo al lado (incluido un 7/11) y si caminas 300 m por la carretera (al salir del hotel hacia la izquierda) llegas a un camino que se dirige a la escuela justo antes de un templo-es como una plaza ancha- y a Sairee beach -te ahorras bajar al puerto y un par de cuestas para llegar- como un atajo, y la llegada a la playa es más rápida, sencilla y sin llegar sudado. Y todo el personal es encantador!!!

Quizás la presión de la ducha, no es escasa pero tampoco es fuerte (algo común en la isla, diría), no es un gran problema verdaderamente. Para quienes tengan problemas para dormir por el ruido, está pegado a la carretera y se escucha bastante. No obstante, te dejan unos tapones en la habitación. A nosotros no nos afecta, la verdad, hemos dormido muy bien.

Ligging is top, overal dichtbij. De kamer was proper en had airco. Voorziening van twee flesjes water per dag. Personeel was heel behulpzaam. Parking aanwezig voor scooter.

De badkamer gaf een muf geurtje. Het bed was aan de harde kant.

Excelente ubicacion

Muy buen hotel, la cama era super comoda, hacen servicio a la habitacion todos los dias si lo necesitas y aun si no lo queres te dejan agua y cafe. Pedimos entrar un poquito mas temprano y en cuanto estuvo la habitacion lista nos permitieron la entrada. La habitacion era bastante grande comparada con otros lugares y la ubicacion es perfecta.

Todo genial, me quedé 12 noches y cuando quería me limpiaban la habitación. Siempre me daban agua gratis. Tenía de todo lo que se necesitaba, toallas, agua, nevera, AC, TV… Hizo mi estancia súper cómoda.
