    We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. It seemed clean and we were happy with it except for a few mosquitoes that got into the room. However after the second night, my partner noticed bites mainly on his arm. We thought it was mosquito bites and didn’t think much of it. On the 3rd night we saw what we thought was a baby cockroach on the wall and I killed it with a tissue immediately. We later found 2 dead ‘baby cockroaches’ on the floor mat in the bathroom. The next morning I noticed bites on my arms and legs and body too and my partner had more bites on his arms and legs too. We were diving and were tired and busy because of the activities and we didn’t think much of the bites until we got to Koh samui and had time to research on the insects and the bites and realised the insect we killed look similar to bed bug photos which I have attached in the review, and the bites too are in clusters or in a line like what was described and shown in bed bug bites photos too. We feedback to the hotel and they said that we didn’t inform them during our stay but only after and that they did checks and also there is someone staying in our room right after and had no complaints of bed bugs bites. However, there were no other explanations for the bites we had that appear after a night sleep and we did find the bed bugs in the room. We did not take a photo then as it was our 1st time encountering bed bugs and that was a mistake. The hotel refused compensation and insisted that there were no bed bugs but we think that travelers should be cautious if you plan to stay at this hotel.

    The property offers excellent value, with very clean rooms and friendly staff that enhance the overall experience. Facilities are well-maintained, although the hot water was a bit inconsistent and the view didn't quite meet expectations. The location is convenient but not perfect. Overall, a comfortable and worthwhile stay.

    Staff is awesome, really friendly, nice peoples. They sent us a list of what to do , where to eat, how to use taxi etc. The whole vibe of the room, the whole entrance of the hotel is spectacular. The decoration is so beautiful plus the rooms are so clean. The products they give you as toiletries are natural Koh Tao products. Especially the shampoo made my hair so soft. Definitely would stay here again!!! 10/10 recommended!!!
