Staff were friendly and helped us with our luggage up the stairs. Really good location - near to everything and near the beach. Everything is walkable. A Tv that we could use YouTube on & overall the room itself was good.

The room was only cleaned the first 2 days we were there. Our final 2 days the room wasn’t cleaned meaning our bin was overflowing and we had sand on the floor from coming back from the beach which wasn’t the most pleasant. We had left our room by 9am each day and one of those we had spotted the maid in somebody else’s room so wasn’t sure why ours was missed as we didn’t have a do not disturb sign on the door. You also aren’t provided with hand wash - only shower gel and shampoo. The sink sometimes smelt really bad (of sewage). We also had very overpowering continuous smells of weed in the evenings which we could only assumed it was from one of the surrounding rooms even though it said no smoking. This really wasn’t pleasant to smell when your lying in bed. It gets very noisy with it being on the road which didn’t bother us however others were being noisy and slamming their doors shut at 6am (assuming it was them coming in after being out all night) which woke us up a few times. Also a lot of mosquitoes outside the door - we accident left our door open for a couple of minutes and noticed we ended up with a few in our room. I think this is because the corridor is outdoors.

Honestly just really good. Super clean, great location, close to plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just a nice place to stay, while spending your days in Koh Tao.

It’s really central, 5mn from the pier and the center of the island so honestly I couldn’t ask for more.

From a personal point of view the bed was a bit uncomfortable. It’s the only point that for me could be improved.

Walk right to your hotel from the Port 🛥️

This location couldn’t be better! The people are very nice. They helped me with my luggage upstairs and it’s right in the middle of everything. I highly recommend this place.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about it. It’s a nice place on a low budget.

Great stay very happy

We loved our stay, extended 2 nights. The location is perfect, in the middle of lots of shops and restaurants without being noisy. The apartment itself is a good size, big bed, TV and nice bathroom. WiFi was solid. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful and they offer bike rental at a decent price.

- slightly uncomfortable/hard bed - No hand soap - balcony overlooks someone else’s house on back end room - Amazon prime doesn’t work on TV

It was good for money. The was clean, but not the toilet. the toilet needs an upgrade I was travelling on my own, but the toilet door didnt close properly. the staff wasnt very nice. I liked the place, it was ok, but wouldnt go back again

Rooms were so comfortable & clean. It was like a little home away from home. The cleaner was an absolute gem. The owners were also fantastic, lovely people. You can book your travel with them. Along with bikes and scuba gear.

very good location in the centre so easy access everywhere and a 5 minute walk from the pier. spacious room and accommodating hosts

every time the tap turned on there was a weak flow of water and a terrible odour which stunk the room out. there was also ants all along the wall
