Not what we paid for.

The location was great.

The toilet didn’t work. You had to wait over half an hour between flushing the toilet. When mentioning it to staff they said they already knew and we should use the public toilet. Not what we paid for.

Our reservation was mixed up

Was an okay stay, clean and everything working fine.

When we arrived, the hotel didn't have our reservation for the night, somehow they thought it was the night after (though on booking it was correct). First the receptionist said everything was booked out. We pushed him to call the manager and he did, then the manger was supposed to come but didn't but he somehow found two rooms for us in the end. Very confusing and we didn't even hear a sorry.

Amazing view from the balcony and great location.

The view from the balcony was stunning! The location of the hotel was good and close to everything and surprisingly not noisy given the busy street nearby.

The bed was a bit too firm. The balcony could be a bit more private.

The location off main street, yet very peaceful. Very nice relaxing rooms and wonderful tropical garden around the hotel dotted with happy colorful sculptures. The lovely staff of the hotel. We stayed there for 1 week, and we liked the short distance walking to the main pier and the beach.

The towels ( can't dry off your body using them ) and non- existing tv channels. The housekeeping staff should perhaps mop the floors every few days and check on shower gel and shampoo.

The location.

Everything, no free water, no hair dryer, no channels for TV throughout hotel, so no TV! Rooms are not clean, bad towels and skipped cleaning room although sign on door. So if u want to stay somewhere where u are scammed this is the place for u.

Location was perfect and as a retired couple, the walking distance to food, laundry and coffee shops was very easy. I will stay there again if I come back to Koh Toa.

Great place for the price

Located in a quiet area but very near the pier. Garden is interesting! Has lots of interesting ornaments! Room is a nice size with a safe but not much else. There is no bottled water, there is a kettle but no tea or coffee. I bought some coffee sachets and left the rest for the next guest.

Unfortunately, there was no early check in option, which was inconvenient because we got to the island at 9:00AM, so I would recommend arriving with the late ferry options. Also, at one of the days the water and electricity didn’t work between 9:00AM-17:00PM, we were out anyway so didn’t mind but still

Amazing attention and care from the woman in reception!!

The workers are so friendly, ESPECIALLY the smiley, nice and super efficient woman at the reception!! Everything is very clean, it’s just like the photos and the location is perfect. 100% recommend and very good value for money.

Comfortable, great location and super nice staff

I stayed at Nadapa for two weeks and I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. 🏠 The rooms were very clean and were serviced every couple of days. 📍The location is very convenient, close to the pier and surrounded by many restaurants and services 🙋🏽‍♀️ The staff was amazing, always willing to help. Thanks Myo for everything!

Good

Conveniently located in a quiet spot 5 minutes from the pier. Close to restaurants, beaches, diving schools, specialty coffee shops, laundry stores, etc. Spacious room with good air conditioning. You can rent a motorbike from the resort (200 baht per day at time of review). A little bit pricier than some of the other accommodation on the island, but worth it for a few extra euros. Would stay again.

The place is called a "resort", but it's rather a hotel. They do not serve breakfast, do laundry, have common areas, etc. This is not a bit issue as there's plenty of places to eat and clean clothes nearby, but be mindful it won't be in-house. Cleanliness was just OK. Though the room was cleaned every day, there were some stains on the wall and bed sheets, an old razor behind the toilet, etc. The bed was very hard. Might be an issue for some. The fridge doesn't work unless the key card is inserted, so it's not an option to leave cold drinks in the room during the day.

2nd home

It's near of diving schools, the port, a lot of restaurants and beach. The room is really clean. The staff are kindly, all of them, in this place you can say that is like your home, quietly, with the birds singing in the morning... a perfect placed where accommodate and rest while diving or visit the island.

Good hotel next to the main ferry pier.

Basic room but was clean and had all I needed. Close to the ferry pier and many of the dive shops. Bars and restaurants on Sairee beach are just a 10 min walk or 2 min by motorbike. Good views from the balcony. Very quiet property during my stay.

The facilities are a bit dated and matress was really hard. Only one turn-down service of the room during my stay (5 nights).

Everything was supernice. Owner is kind and really helpful, the atmosfere is special thanks to colorful desing and beatiful view. Convenient and cosy rooms. Location in the middle of everything, close to the pier, Sairee beach in walking distance.
