I was very pleased with the hotel's location. There is a pharmacy, an ATM and a 7-Eleven opposite the hotel, as well as good cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The pier and Sairi beach are also within walking distance. The hotel grounds are very well maintained and cosy. A wonderful pool has recently been added. I would also like to mention the cafe, which is open until 4 pm and serves both European and Thai cuisine, as well as a variety of healthy breakfast options. The menu includes European and Thai cuisine, as well as a variety of healthy breakfast options. Regarding our room, I should mention the very soft beds and the balcony. The interior is generally designed in a natural style. You may find ants and spiders in the toilet, but they are harmless. Every day, very good quality glass bottles are brought in and the rubbish is taken out. Upon request, you can get your room cleaned and your bed linen changed. We had a very calm two weeks at this hotel. Staying here will help you to relax during your stay. The reception managers can help with everything, including booking tours. I would like to thank all the hotel and café staff for their wonderful work. I wish the hotel continued success and good guests.

I would advise replacing the stained chair in room C1 and installing a microwave oven. There is even a slot for the wires in the kitchen shelf. The current microwave is not powerful enough to heat food or drinks effectively.

The man a front desk was super nice, he was very responsive and always helpful. The location is ideal if you’re not renting a car or a scooter, as it’s very central and in walking distance to the pier. The hotel has a modern vibe and the room was spacious. The property had a very sweet resident cat, which is a nice surprise for cat lovers.

Overall, unfortunately, the reality does not match the expectations created by the photos. The balcony door does not close properly, which allows various insects to enter the room. The furniture and the room in general are quite dated. Some of the towels and bed linen show faded stains. The bathroom also feels outdated. The fixtures are dull and covered with limescale, and some still have stickers attached. The drains are noticeably slow, and there were many ants in the bathroom and around the sink area. The safe does not seem to be working, or it may be functional but without any instructions provided on how to use it.

Beautiful large spacious room with everything we needed for our stay - really comfortable throughout - excellent value for money and ideally located near the pier. There is building work ongoing but that was highlighted at the time of booking and didn’t impact on our stay and no issues with noise - we really liked it here

The property is set back off a main road and quiet but access to and from involves contending with the busy road and something to be mindful of

The location was good. Beds were comfortable and WiFi was good. We arrived about 18:15 and were treated by a smiling receptionist. The reception hours are 08:00-17:00 and she must have stayed late awaiting our arrival. We only realised these hours once we went to ask for assistance with the safe.

There was building work being carried out on the site which didn’t directly impact us but visually was not great. The bathroom had an electric shower that had the water pressure of a dripping tap and the heat control knob kept falling off. Your choice was very hot or cold. The sink in both the bathroom and the kitchenette only had cold water. The safe was locked open. One of the team responded quickly and unlocked it and gave a demo of how to reset it. I tested it once they had left, fortunately without putting anything in it, only to find it wouldn’t open again. We took our chances and didn’t attempt to get it reset and use. We paid £440 for 4 nights. We booked in January for our stay late March. Checking prices again for the same period while we were there it came up as £340. Still not worth it. I do understand fluctuations in price due to seasonal changes and demand.
