Right off the beaten track but still fairly quiet for road noise,
Rooms are decent, bed was comfy
Nice view off the balcony
Construction going on without prior notice (building pool)
Over priced knowing your woken up by 8am to the sound of drills and hammering especially after the jungle party
Shower water pressure was so bad, had to wait until the next day before it was fixed, had to take 2 showers with dripping water, I would of been better off filling a bucket in the sink 👍🏾

The staff is friendly and makes an effort to accommodate any requests. The room is really nice and spacious. There is also a kitchen. The location is on top of a hill but besides that it is quite close to Sairee beach. 2 positive plus: nice breakfast area and actually the breakfast and the mosquito net in the windows is really well placed.
As it can be seen in other reviews...currently the swimming pool is being built. It didn't bother us at all but if you stay some time during the day might be of slight inconvenience. The swimming pool will be an amazing add-on to the property.

The location was good. Beds were comfortable and WiFi was good. We arrived about 18:15 and were treated by a smiling receptionist. The reception hours are 08:00-17:00 and she must have stayed late awaiting our arrival. We only realised these hours once we went to ask for assistance with the safe.
There was building work being carried out on the site which didn’t directly impact us but visually was not great. The bathroom had an electric shower that had the water pressure of a dripping tap and the heat control knob kept falling off. Your choice was very hot or cold. The sink in both the bathroom and the kitchenette only had cold water. The safe was locked open. One of the team responded quickly and unlocked it and gave a demo of how to reset it. I tested it once they had left, fortunately without putting anything in it, only to find it wouldn’t open again. We took our chances and didn’t attempt to get it reset and use. We paid £440 for 4 nights. We booked in January for our stay late March. Checking prices again for the same period while we were there it came up as £340. Still not worth it. I do understand fluctuations in price due to seasonal changes and demand.
