Convenient and cheap.

Close to ferry Pier

Booking.com pics made the room look like it had a private balcony with a Hamock..not the case.shame as this was something that attracted me to the booking.

Avoid!

Absolutely nothing

This property is absolutely NOTHING like the pictures shown. The reception is someone’s living room/bedroom/kitchen on the front and then you have to go down a narrow hall way and down the steepest set of stairs ever to get down to your room. When we arrived to our room it was no where near as shown on the pictures when booking. The bedding was marked and again nothing like the pictures. The towels on the bed were stained and discoloured. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen and was dirty. The shower head barely worked but did have warm water. We raised concerns about this at reception and had to speak to a young boy who did not seem very old to deal with it. I explained about the above and was told there was nothing they can do and to speak with booking.com. I asked if we could have new towels and was told the marks on them were from discolouration I explained that they looked dirty and I was not willing to use dirty towels, he did give us both fresh towel and new pillows as we were only given 1 each and they were extremely thin. I felt sorry for the young boy as he was running around dealing with people checking in / out and other things whilst grown adults were sat next to him smoking and talking amongst themselves (this didn’t sit right with me) The walls are really thin and you can hear people coming in and out of their rooms and due to the doors being very hard to unlock and lock this woke us up a few times. Overall this is most possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed! Would avoid!

Slight negative is that we were told upon check in that we had to move hotels to a place 500m up the hill. Annoying as we’d intentionally booked somewhere close to the beach but the room did end up being lovely. Would just appreciate a heads up next time

The place was not far from the pier

We were first given a room with mold. It smelled like mold, and our bed linens were slightly damp. We slept in that room for two nights. Then we started getting sore throats and told the reception that there was mold in the room and asked if they could do something about it. We were then given a new room. The man at the reception immediately knew what we were talking about and apparently was already aware that there was mold in the room. I don't think it's acceptable to keep renting out a room when it's clearly known that it has mold. Additionally, the price of €35 per night is absolutely too much for what you get. A very small room with no storage space, no wardrobe, etc. There are clearly better and more modern accommodations available for the same price.

Comfortable and Peaceful

Personally I loved the location because it was close to the pier and far enough from the main road and beach that it was quiet and peaceful at night. That being said we had a motorbike (that we rented from AVA) so all of the things we wanted to do were a 5 minute ride but if you dont plan on getting a bike it would be like a 30 minute walk.

A central location, with great hosts!

The staff were lovely and replaced towels as needed. We got a large room with a big bathroom and cooking area. There was a large fridge and TV with Netflix. The location was very central, about 4 minute walk to 7/11. Very close to the port aswell!

Whoever was above us was extremely noisy, lots of heavy walking around all throughout the night.

Great accommodation and super comfy beds

Very clean rooms. Incredibly comfortable beds and lovely staff. Location was great too, right next to cafes and restaurants but also nice and quiet at night. We booked 1 night but extended for another 5, had the best sleeps here. We booked a room with a balcony that had a lovely little hammock on and a view of the trees. Big TV in the room and whenever you want the room cleaned you can just go and ask them and leave your key.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about. All good.

Exceptional

The room was very spacious and clean just as shown in the pictures. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They even made us an earlier breakfast sandwich as we went for an early dive course.

Although the location is close to shark bay and the southern part of the island, you need to walk around 20 minutes to get to the town centre with all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast is hold very easy and is not much but it’s included and it was always fresh and tasted good.

The staff were very friendly. There was a nice large fridge in the room. The air conditioning worked very well. I loved the little lounge areas outside of the rooms! The location was just far enough away from the business but close enough to everything we needed!

The shower had very low pressure. Other than that, it was just what we needed!

A good place to stay for a few nights.

Easy to get to from the main boat pier and many food and shopping easily accessible. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

A open common area and reception is needed. The rooms are not very soundproof and can hear everything everyone does.
