The room is neat and simple but satisfies all my needs. I especially like how the energy-saving policy (shutting off the AC when not in the room) is implemented. The staff's lovely smiles definitely made my stay pleasant.
There was some kind of spray in my room when I checked in—I wasn't sure if it was mosquito spray or a scent. I didn't really like it and told the cleaning staff not to use it. It didn't bother me too much, though, since the smell was gone by the next day.

This is a comfortable room with a mini fridge, an electric kettle, water, tea, and instant coffee. The linens were good, the ac was adequate, and the restaurant was great. I had a room facing the back, and it was reasonably quiet.
The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, maybe due to the island's plumbing. I kept the fan on and it was OK.

Near the pier, quieter part of Koh Tao.
Comfortable bed, TV with Netflix.
On a main road which is busy so sometimes hard for sleeping due to noise.
No safety deposit box/safe for the room.
