Easy Access to the Pier

This is a comfortable room with a mini fridge, an electric kettle, water, tea, and instant coffee. The linens were good, the ac was adequate, and the restaurant was great. I had a room facing the back, and it was reasonably quiet.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, maybe due to the island's plumbing. I kept the fan on and it was OK.

Near the pier, quieter part of Koh Tao. Comfortable bed, TV with Netflix.

On a main road which is busy so sometimes hard for sleeping due to noise. No safety deposit box/safe for the room.

Lovely large room recently referbished.

Super nice room, had lighting under the bed which was nice in the evening. Very near the pier, however it is about a 28 min walk to the bars the other end of town. Loads of chilled restaurants and bars nearby and bike rent opposite for 250.

WiFi was a bit slow and only had one thin pillow.

Great location and good food at the restaurant for breakfast.

We were unlucky to get a room by the street, so it was pretty noisy. The bathroom is quite humide, the toilet « douche » was moldy and the towels also smelt humide.

Brilliant stay close to the port

Great location near the port for ferries - nice spacious room, very clean and also had air con and a ceiling fan. TV had Netflix which was a bonus :)

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was big and quiet with a nice balcony. We extended for a few more days.

There was a bit of small red stains on the floor of the bathroom. Also bedsheets had some stains. But other than that was clean.

Very good location, close to lots of eateries and dive centers. Massage next door was really good, went there twice during my 4 day stay. Front desk very accommodating

Simple, spacious and super functional

Loved the simple, spacious, clean, comfortable room. The staff were welcoming and prompt. The location was great, 2mins from the pier which is great for day trips and travel to off the Island. Only a 20min walk to Sairee beach for beach bars etc.

The WiFi didn’t work for me at all. This meant my monthly data phone allowance was eaten up during my 2 week stay. Also for some reason the ‘infinity guesthouse’ doesn’t come up on Google when I searched for how to get to it from the pier. The taxi drivers took advantage of this and drove me around before driving me back a few paces where they picked me from. Search for ‘infinity restaurant’ instead and whatever you do, don’t rely on the taxi drivers. Lastly, the laundry service was not good. The second load I did especially was handed back to me in almost the same state, dirty. I would therefore recommend using services other than the infinity guesthouse.

Overall it was a good experience

- The hotel is near the pier; you can easily walk from the ferry to the hotel. - There are quite a few places around the hotel where you can book snorkeling or diving tours. - There are also several bike rental spots near the hotel. - The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well.

Good option to stay in Koh Tao. Spacious accommodation (we stayed in the studio). Close proximity to the pier.

You’ll love it!

This place is wonderful! Clean, comfortable rooms with great beds. Perfect central location right by the ferry pier as well as Master Divers whom I dove with. And best of all: incredible staff who made me feel so taken care of. It felt like coming home to family every day. The restaurant has the best Thai food around and the massages and manicures available at the Infinity spa across the street were just icing on the cake.

My only suggestion is maybe a little less grey decor. Would be even better with some more brightness in the rooms.

Excellent place to stay, even in the inconveniences!

The location was very good, very close to the pier and Sairee beach. The staff was very kind and helpful, they were always attentive, friendly and available to solve any questions and issues.

Good for the price

I stayed there for one night, it was quiet, clean, the beds were comfortable, the wifi worked great, and in general it was a good experience. It's really close to the pier, very nice if you come form the ferry or are going to take it. For the price it's a good deal.
