Awesome location in koh Tao

Great location! Took us 2 minutes to walk here after the ferry. We loved the property and the bar, all of the staff were very friendly. Our room was right next to the bar but it didn’t bother us as the bar closed early. Would definitely stay again!

Nice House/Hotel/Hostel right on the beach. Very close to ferry pier and convenience stores. Restaurant and bar on the premise with great sea view and community area. AC, free drinking water and private bathroom. Polite Staff at reception.

Convenient and lovely stay here!

Really lovely stay here, right next to the main port so only took us 2 minutes to get there once we arrived! Such good value for money especially at that time of year, right on the beach, spacious and clean room, nice bar on the ground floor looking out to the sea.

Cash only for payment but not a huge problem. A decent walk to the main beach, sairee but was still a lovely location close to 7/11 and lots of restaurants too

Great

It was really good, the dorm is brand new and the shower inside is really nice. Everything is clean and the view from the porch is amazing. The staff is really nice and take care of everything you need. I met some girls in the dorm and we booked the snorkeling tour with the hotel it was very nice and only 550 thb. We also rented a Scooter and got a brand new one! You can reach a lot of things (Restaurants, 7/11, Sairee) by walking or get a Scooter. Sairee was close but not too close. Mae Haad is not a party area like Sairee but relaxed and really beautiful. The ferry is pretty close so on my last day I checked in and walked back to the Hotel to relax in the hammock while everyone else waited there in line. 10 mins before departure I was there and it worked out just fine.

The location was incredible, right near the main port, near a 7eleven and close to cafes. Staff were extremely nice and really helpful especially the man on the reception. The view from the front was gorgeous. Good value for money.

My stay exceeded my expectations by far!

The location of this property was perfect. So close to the pier, walking distance to anywhere you needed. Staff were the absolute best. Anything you asked for they went above and beyond, extremely friendly staff which made the stay much more welcome. Made some great cocktails and were happy to quickly replenish their stock if an ingredient was missing. Easy going accommodation and would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who asks.

Perfect spot next to the pier and great staff!

The location was ideal. Right next to the pier and leading straight onto a quiet corner of sairee beach. Walking distance into town for all the restaurants and shops. The bar area at the back of the property was a perfect spot for the sunset, with good value happy hour cocktails on offer. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

The rooms were a little basic. The bathroom was a small wet room with the shower spraying directly at the toilet.

Lovely hotel - basic but clean and amazing staff.

We stayed for 5 nights, yes it’s basic but a fantastic little hotel with amazing staff. It’s a budget hotel so don’t expect 5*, but it’s clean and in a good location for piers and beaches etc. It’s about 30min walk to main area but lots of bars and restaurants local to hotel. And this hotel is right on the beach - it’s has amazing sunsets.

Maybe a little noisy with bikes up and down a small road outside.

Great value for money

The staff were so friendly and helpful - particularly Green. It was so close to the pier where I got dropped off, just a couple minutes walk right on the beach, loads of shops and restaurants around. I loved that they had showers and toilets you could use if you arrived before check in, which I did, and a storage room for your bags. Bed was big and comfortable, all the facilities worked great. Fan in the room kept me cool.

Some bugs in the bathroom, but that comes with staying on an island I think! It wouldn’t put me off staying again.

loved the location, very close to pier, beach, shops & restaurants however staying closer to sariee beach would be recommended but this place is perfect for the price and only a 20 min walk to sariee beach. i highly recommend the sea view room, the view is incredible.

the room itself was VERY basic, the bed was like sleeping on concrete, shower is the bathroom itself (small wet room), building work going on next door which was very loud.

The staff were so nice this was the main positive! The location is great if you want to be near the pier however if you’re looking for night life and all the restaurants it’s around a 30/40 minute walk from here. The sunset from this accommodation is fantastic as well.

The rooms are not great at all. Smells like damp and crawling with ants. The bathroom is so small even for Thailand standards and the water always smelt. We thought this maybe an island thing however it wasn’t like this when we moved accommodation. I would recommend elsewhere to stay.

Lovely stay. Large spacious room. No lift but staff helpful with luggage. Man who greeted us on reception was amazing!

Only thing is bathroom is tiny/wetroom. Shower sprays over the toilet and sink. Everything in the bathroom gets wet.

Perfect location, nice restaurant, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

We had a room with a fan and it was unbearably hot! Also, a lot of ants in the room even on our bags on the table. We had to use a bug spray. Really bad shower pressure
