Great location, friendly staff, big room and nice balcony

There was a problem with ants, they were taken care of by staff… but not cleaned away. No safe. Hard bed.

The position

The cleaning was not done, the TV did not work, the staff made noise at 4 in the morning, upon arrival they asked for 4% more than the price set by booking because I was paying with a credit card, THIS IS A SCAM AND BOOKING MUST MONITOR.

When we arrived, the reception was not managed, only the dog barking loudly greeted us. We were a little scared. After the phone call with the manager, the owner's daughter came and gave us the room key and asked for the money for the 4 days. We complained about the non-functioning aircon and changed rooms. We found a room with a dirty toilet, previous guest's hair was in the shower and we only had cold water. In the room we only got water on the first day, no coffee or tea. Breakfast was not available nor any drinks or water which we only got on the first day. We were advised that water was only provided on the first day. We complain but no one came and spoke to us. The rooms weren't cleaned in the 4 days, the rubbish wasn't removed either. Overall we were very disappointed and wanted a part of our price back, which we were denied. Have never received such bad service before and are very disappointed. Therefore, we do not recommend that hotel

All and all a pleasant stay with very helpful and kind staff although overpriced.

Location near the peer and Sairee beach, very helpful staff, working wifi, playful dog Lucy.

Rooms are in average condition, the low priced ones have mould smell in them. Overpriced for what you get but it's Koh Tao.

La amabilidad del personal para apoyarnos en nuestra estancia, como estabamos trabajando de manera remota necesitabamos buen internet y nos dieron solución inmediata.

Justo estaban construyendo en el hotel y en las mañanas había bastante ruido. La manguerita del baño perdía agua y entonces se hacia un charco en el baño pero les avisamos y lo arreglaron.

Al final nos sorprendió

La verdad es que en un primer momento el servicio en la recepción nos pareció un poco raro, el hombre no habla para nada inglés ni español y fue un poco extraña su interacción con nosotras. Pero el último día se portó increíble, dejó que dejáramos las maletas todo el día en la recepción, nos dio toallas y bolsas para ir a la playa, nos dejó ducharnos a la vuelta, etc. Un encanto. La habitación está bien, no es una maravilla pero está muy bien y es cómoda. Además, está a 7 minutos andando del puerto lo que facilita mucho las cosas. No necesitas taxi para llegar desde el ferri.

Tutto! Poco pulito, stanza non insonorizzata, è pure saltata la luce e l’acqua per due ore. Nessuno parlava inglese quindi difficilissimo comunicare. La reception chiudeva e apriva quando voleva.

Lage und Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Man hat genügend Platz zu zweit. Das Badezimmer ist groß.

Halterung für den Duschkopf und für die Klopapierrolle waren ausgebrochen und wurden nicht ersetzt. Unsere Balkontüre konnte man nicht ganz schließen und man hatte immer einen Spalt
