this is my second time in queen resort, in room 4. you have direct access to the sea from the rocks below, and the view is spectacular. position is great, just mid way from sairee and the pier, quiet and chill, and it’s easy to go anywhere. I added two extra nights and had to change room for my last night and everything went smoothly. they do laundry too. the lady who runs the business together with the mother and the sister where all very friendly and helpful. best value for money and for me best location in koh tao. would definitely go back

Good location, pretty clean, nice view, big spacious rooms.
The staff wasn’t nice, not trying to accommodate, just trying to get more money. You have to pay extra for the A/C which isn’t specified on the app, and the weather in Koh Tao is unbearably hot so beware you will have to pay an extra 500 THB per night.
