The bungalow was right on the beach, we had the one at the bottom and could just walk down the rocks to the beach.
The location close to Sairee beach was great.
We had a bungalow for 3 people and it was very spacious with a little terrace that we have enjoyed.
The property was in a very dirty area with random garbage lying around. The surroundings from the entry to the area to the bungalow was not looked after, the pavement and stairs were a bit dangerous waking on broken surfaces.
I would not call it a ‘resort’

It was near the beach liked we could watch sunset
The reception lady was very rude. Our boat came in early originally a nice lady told us come back at 12 we can check in. When we came back at 12 another lady was very rude told us 2 PM that lady isn’t reception so she doesn’t know. When we did check it she was very rude and dismissive and waved us away to follow a little old lady. When I checked out she practically threw my deposit back at me. Seemed upset that we checked out right on time so she couldn’t keep it. We were looking at goggles near my boyfriend was holding one about to ask her how much they were and if they were sale. She came in and proceeded to yell at us saying don’t touch not for sale even though they were on a sale rack outside. Then started talking bad to us in Thai.

We didn’t even stay in this “resort”. It’s a little house they give you, all the land around has been treated like a dump. There is bugs everywhere in the houses, lizards and spiders. Holes in the floors and walls. Honestly the good reviews must be coming form somewhere else. Maybe if you’re okay with bugs crawling on you in your sleep, but we’re budget backpacking and this left us almost without in Koh Tao. We also lost all the money even though the reception lady (reception is in a run down shop) told us she’d keep 40%! It’s still 20 min from strip area too so the location isn’t even worth the stress

Nice view with balcony.
Proximity to the sea and several stores around.
The furniture was old and the place could have a renovation.

the room was a great size and a cozy bed with a beautiful view of the sea. the location was amazing too, down a lovely little street to get to the main town with a range of cute cafes. the staff were always so accommodating and cleaned our room on the 3rd day. we got the night boat in and they let us check in at 8am because the room was already available which was a massive plus.
something to be aware of, there was a big rock in the bathroom which made accessibility for the shower more difficult. the walk down to the accommodation wasn’t wheelchair accessible and was a steep downhill that was quite dark at night.

The location is right on the beach, that is literally the only positive thing I can say about our stay.
Where to start, I have travelled a decent amount and I can wholeheartedly say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. So bad that despite the fact I paid for 3 nights here (which was non refundable), I cut my losses and paid for another hotel for the next 2 nights as it was so bad.
Firstly, this hotel is a cheap hotel so with that you obviously don’t expect complete luxury however…
Upon arrival, the hotel is actually more like a shop that has some rooms above it then there is the sea view bungalow type buildings set back from this, the woman who greeted us was pleasant enough at first. She took our deposits before taking us down to our rooms, the walkway to the sea view rooms is a path with steps which is just completely surrounded with rubbish bags, general litter, empty bottles, dirty clothes, you name it and it’s on the ground, it’s like a dumping ground. So first impressions were already looking bleak at this point, she shows us to our rooms, the location and view from the rooms is fantastic, the rooms themselves smell very damp, the floor was unclean, the fridge was dirty, the mirror was so chipped and scratched that it was no longer much of a mirror, the water in the bathroom stunk the entire room out of a stagnant water eggy smell, there was no power when we got there which wasn’t their fault however there was no attempt to make things slightly more comfortable for us by even providing a torch or lantern etc so we got ready for the evening with torches from our phones (which we obviously couldn’t then charge). There was 3 cockroaches in our room and countless flies flying around in there (it’s completely understandable that on the islands there’s lots of bugs and you can’t keep everything out but this was excessive). It’s no shock that there is a lot of bugs in the rooms as around the bathroom there is multiple holes in the floor that go straight through to the outside, and they have no mesh or even grid like drainage covers like you would expect.

Breathtaking sea view – Waking up to the ocean was unforgettable!
Comfortable bed – Decent support for a good night’s sleep.
Ceiling fan – Kept the room airy (a nice touch).
Bathroom problems:
Cockroaches in the sink – Saw two, had to avoid using it entirely.
Persistent damp smell – Moldy or stagnant water odor after every shower.
"Lacked love" – Peeling sealant, grimy corners (needs deep cleaning).

The sea view!! You feel like a million dollar girl standing on that balcony and overviewing the ocean by its pure beauty. And it’s the most perfect place to calm down!
Honestly i loved everything out of it. It may be for some who are clean hustlers not in the room but outside a bit tidy. I personally didn’t had any problem with that because Moo and her family did everything to let me enjoy my holiday purely!

I was in the best room with an amazing view on the sea, and I felt so free, with wind every day, I barely never used the fan. The room is big and well equipped, clean and nice. Very simple but with all you need: frigidaire, comfortable double bed, little couch, shower and 2 stands for storing your things and hanging your clothes. The terrace is marvellous with an open view on the sea and the sunset, chairs for relaxing and a rope for hanging swimsuit.
The staff is kind and helpful and there are lovely cats around. The ladies who run the place have a little shop so you can buy water and coffe just downstairs.
The place is very well located, between Saaree beach and Pier night life, full of restaurants, bars and some shops.
I did everything by foot, for discovering the other part of the island it took me 1hour av.
The small beach down the place is lovely, but it gets dirty in the afternoon.
The place like the rest of the island lacks maintenance. It's unfortunately full of trash a bit everywhere and this is so sad and annoying in such a beautiful island

I really liked Queen Resort - it's simple, by the sea, and most importantly for me, really quiet and peaceful. I stayed much longer than planned.
Moo and family were lovely, the cats gorgeous! The fridge and kettle were great - coffee in the morning on the veranda was heaven, or a cold beer listening to the sea at sunset, perfection.
It's a traditional Thai place, not fancy or plush, and Sairee is on the doorstep if you want to party, but if you're after a chilled rest, relaxation, nature and peace, it's just lovely.

Good location right on the beach pretty much. it’s away from all the noise but still 5 min walk to the restaurants and the pier. We had a balcony that looked right on to the sea.
Without AC the room is very very warm, we kept the blinds shut all day to not let sunlight in but outside on the balcony was still cooler than the room. Although once you are under than fan you do feel cooler.

large room with big comfortable beds and also a large balcony.
ac cost an extra 500 baht a night but fans were adequate

The location of this hotel is something amazing. you have your private bungalow with nice terrace to chill just in front of a very well maintained beach and the sea. the place itself is not well kept as there’s trash everywhere. But guys, if you are easy going and just want to enjoy a sunset on your terrace after a diving day, this is the place you want to stay at!
Also, the bed was very comfy!

Very basic but functional room, great for the budget traveler, just don't expect anything more the a bed, fridge, toilet
Grounds are very run down and messy, garbage everywhere, path to room failing apart.

Location
Seaview from balcony
Hotel Manager was kind on checkout
1,000 B deposit for key too high
Room was dirty, stains all over
Ants all over
no knob on bathroom door
mould all over / dust
entrance to resort was poor as there was no clear pathway , dirt and rubbish everywhere on the way down.

hotel is in bad condition. lots of rubble just laying around on everywhere around the houses. difficult to get a good vibe out of our stay there.
No care is being put into making the hotel a comfortable place

I love everything about that place! So far, my favorite place over Thailand.
It is very simple bungalow, but for me is perfect, it's all I need... The bungalow has ocean view, and very easy access to the beach.
There is lots of restaurants on the area and also bars to go out at night.
Honestly nothing. I guess some other people might find things to be disturb about, but I just love this place.

It was close to the pier and with an amazing view on the sea from our balcony. WiFi was stable.
Room was old but clean.

Views to the sea and very cheap. Good Wifi. Very big. Private balcony.
The access to the resort was a bit dirty. The A/C wasn’t working, the fan made lot of noise, the bathroom was a little bit smelly.

La gentillesse de l'hôtesse +++

Check out à midi, détail non négligeable !
