Overall a good place. The restaurant is great with a nice view of the beach and the ocean, which makes it a nice spot to go and watch the sunset. The walls of the rooms are very thin and we could hear the conversations from the adjacent room. We stayed at a Studio with a Balcony room.

This hotel was clean, the room was nice enough but a little dated. Swimming pool facilities were good and restaurant really popular and it looks lovely in the evening when it is all lit up. The hotel was in a fantastic location for restaurants / bars/ Sairee beach & anything touristy. I would however say that it is on the pricier side for the room you get in comparison to other destinations outside of Koh Tao. The first night we slept terribly because we were not informed that the AC doesn’t work on 16 degrees. It only works on 20-21 degrees. It wasn’t until we went to the reception the next day, that we found this out. Overall, not a bad stay but not 5/5.

The room was big, the beds were a little uncomfortable. We loved the sea view from our room. There were many spiders and insects inside the room and the bathroom, even when all doors and windows were closed. Located just at the beginning of Sairee Beach main area, so it’s still quiet at nights.

We were pretty excited about our stay here initially, the place was at a great location with nice looking pool. However on our second day, our bathroom and room started to smell of sewage. So at times we had open the balcony to let the air circulate. Also our sinks in the bathroom clogged up on the second day as well. It's a really a shame and we won't stay here again.
