Good. Value for money.
The staircase height for each steps is higher than usual. You have to carry your luggages to make your way to the room. There is renovation nearby (maybe next building) going on while I staying there, loud noise. Toilet smell is unbearable.

Room was clean, modern and comfy. Bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and good location. Overall good stay and would recommend! Free water daily and easy motorbike rental was great!
