    Summer guesthouse was an enjoyable place for us to stay. It was about a ten minute drive from the port (no free transfer) and a ten minute walk from sairee beach. It wasn’t too noisy. The social vibe is nice, people are friendly and always hanging out in the common area, lots of backpackers. The staff is really nice and helpful booking excursions as well as responding to help with AC or the safe etc. very fast. The room was pretty good, solid beds. The shower wasn’t great angle wise or water pressure wise, the AC was ok, and the room was fairly clean although maybe smelled a little weird? Nothing that bothered us too much. For the price we’re glad to have stayed there, and we didn’t hang around the room much.

    I’m glad we chose this. It’s a 5 minutes walk from the chaos. So you can sleep peacefully as well. Communicate your every needs over WhatsApp. The owners are super friendly. I wouldn’t say staffs are not but there’s always a language/pronunciation barrier. I think I’ll choose this stay every time we’re here.

    Very basic accommodation. If you looking for a bed and warm water this could work. There’s a distinct smell in the room coming from the furniture and the sewage and mold in the bathroom.The hostel is 15 minutes from the beach in a quieter area with plenty of stores and restaurants close by. You get what you pay for but some details could be improved.
