Beautiful big room, location on the beach

The Villa was on the beach, so the sounds of the waves was great. It was situated on the end of Mae Haad Beach and only a five to ten-minute walk to Sairee beach.
The pool was nice.
There was nowhere to get food/drinks at the hotel in the afternoon and you had to go to neighbouring resorts. Our Beach front Villa had a small and dangerous step on the porch that was a trip hazard and needs a clearly marked edge (Room C3)

Beach location not far from the pier
Run down and old resort that needs serious renovation.
If you have a room with a balcony expect everything to be covered in Pigeon faeces as the hotel has a large pigeon population.
Sewage system is not vented so the smell comes up through the toilet.
All in all not a great experience.
