A very lovely property! Well kept pool and garden area. The staff were very helpful! The room was clean. A bit of a walk to get to places, but much quieter than the other busy roads!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ozo hotel. They kindly offer a free taxi service from the pier when you arrive which is much appreciated. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, so spacious and had everything you needed.
However, if you have an upstairs room they all have generators outside just outside your door. We found it to be very noisy throughout our stay so didn’t have the best sleep. The loungers around the pool could also do with a good clean as well as the tables and chairs.

The service was great. K. Pueng was so friendly and helpful I booked a second stay at the hotel. It was really 5 star service at a low price point. I would recommend renting a motorbike though. The hotel is not in walking distance to the beach. They rent the motorbikes at the hotel so it is easy.
