I wouldn't go there again, neither recommend to someone.

Location is good, but not beach front. No breakfast availabe on premises, but lots of cafe around. Includes free transfer to harbor.

The receptionist was rude and not helpful. The hotel has silly rules and asks for a deposit on the first day. Rooms are cleaned every few days. Ordered a double bed, got two single beds. Even messaged in advance (1 month ago) about bed preference, nobody read the message nor responded, then on arrival told that such an option was not available (was available and chosen when booking). In the room there is a strong smell of mold, it is even visible in shower, nobody cares to clean it well.

The location was so good ! Right on the main path where there’s shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

We had an ant infestation on our last night all around the balcony door and they did travel into my suitcase which was not nice but the staff did give us ant stuff to get rid of all of them and it was fine. Also quite noisy as on the main path.

The location of this hotel was perfection. Right by the beach, fun activities nearby and lots of great food options! It was so good here, we extended another 4 nights.

Towards the end of our stay there was a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom

Not worth the price

The location and the balcony is basically the only nice thing.

Unfortunately not worth it, staff is not really friendly. When I asked for a second towel for the beaches I just got laughed at. There is only room service every 2 days which is also kind of disappointing. The room itself had many broken things (curtain, safe without batteries, sink). For the price you will get better options at the beach (Savage Hostel). No 24/7 reception and it’s very roundabout to lock the door from inside (lock that is designed for it is not working) so the first night we felt kind off unsafe.

The hotel room is large relative to the area. Very close to the sea (walking distance), located on the main avenue of restaurants and souvenir shops.

The room was a bit dirty when we arrived, after 2 nights the bedding wasn't really changed, it was just rearranged.

Reception and systems and procedures were very outdated I tried to upgrade the room and they just couldn’t really figure it out or get their head around that so had to give up on the idea. They missed out on money, I missed out on what would have been a special treat Room cleaning is only every two days which is inconvenient

A clean bed in good location

I liked the location. I came specifically for a diving course at Apnea diving, and this hotel is in the same building. The staff was direct but friendly. They helped me book a great snorkelling trip, and offered a free ride to the pier. For me- the stay did what I expected - provide a good and clean room in a great location.

The rooms were clean, but quite basic in their design so it doesn’t always feel very welcoming. Also the balcony doors at the front don’t close 100% and in front there is a lively street - which means you still hear noises and might smell some food from street vendors. Please note - there is no option for late checkout, even if your booking confirmation might say so!

Stay where the action is

The hotel was right on the main walk so you could get to everything really easily. It wasn't exactly beachfront but close enough. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainment, massage places, even got my nails done. The taxi is 300 baht to get to mae head Pier if you want to take a snorkel cruise or go diving. I personally can't ride a motorbike but everybody else did so they were able to do some more exploring than I was. I still would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be right in the heart of everything

Fantastic location, comfortable bed, and a good sized room. Great to have a balcony as it is definitely a people watching spot!

Lot of noise from outside (byo earplugs). Patchy wifi in our room. Good to have a kettle, but it’s byo teabags. Overall, it was a good stay, but a bit basic compared with others we’d had in Thailand.

Very poor

Close to the beach.

Hard beds, ineffective air-conditioning. Doesn't provide pick up from the pier, which is a 20 minutes walk, no 24 hour reception but even when it is open the staff are not helpful. There's a free shuttle to the pier when checking out but they leave very late before the ferry's departure. Not a good experience nor value for money, would not recommend.

Very friendly staff. Perfect location, everything you need is nearby. Good breakfast at the restaurant. Keep in mind that one side of the hotel is above busy walking street, so if you want quiet environment during the night, ask for room in the other side.

. It has all the small things that make life comfortable. The toilet paper didn't disintegrate. Netflix on TV.

The thud thud thud of music and drunken loud idiots walking home at night. Did not sleep well. Picked the room specifically because the google reviews said it was quiet. The mountain side was probably quieter.

Good location

No hangers in the shower, a lot of ants everywhere in the room. the most annoying thing was that the balcony door is not sealed, so every morning we woke up because of the terrible noises from the street (business opening etc.)
