Absolute Gem - great value!

This hotel was such a great find as a stop over from Dieppe ferry port. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and free parking, it’s basic but a great price and location too, very near to some restaurants (24 was excellent!). Yanis on the front desk was superb, friendly and helpful - would definitely stay again and can recommend.

Ok for a quick stop while travelling

The good points were , parking , the reception staff were nice, shower was hot, bedding and towels were clean We paid £37 for 3 people so we definitely got what we paid for , if you want a hot shower and a bed for the night its ok

There was no toilet roll, 1 towel for 3 people ( we asked the lad on reception and he gave us more), no shower door so the bathroom got soaked when one of us showered , the shower riser would not stay up , the beds were really hard , no kettle ( but there is a microwave and fridge)

Don't book here. They will just cancel your booking at the last minute.

The host cancelled the booking due to à "technical issue" on the day of arrival. Liked absolutely nothing.

Offered an apology but no compensation and booking Com were useless too. Had to book alternative last minute accomodation through another provider during a bank holiday weekend despite booking months in advance. Which unsurprisingly meant we were lucky to find a room at inflated prices.

Our room 106 was absolutely filthy dirty with broken appliances, fixtures and fittings, black filth and mould everywhere

The room was absolutely filthy dirty, and in need of a desperate deep clean and desperately in need or repairs and replacements, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are happy to stay in Hostel type accommodation which I would describe this as and not a Hotel as advertised.

Book only if you're desperate

Breakfast was decent, but the choices were limited. The croissants ran out quickly, leaving us with only bread. The rooms were smaller and not as clean as advertised. The top bunk was uncomfortable, especially since it was said to be unsuitable for children under 6. Our kids, aged 8 to 13, found the bunk difficult to climb and too close to the ceiling. The sheets were dirty and had a smell. The walls were thin, allowing us to hear conversations from the neighbouring room. Since it was just for one night, we managed, but the low price should at least come with better cleanliness.

Convenient and clean but due to staff we wouldn’t recommend

The rooms were small but good that the children don’t have to share a bed. Clean and convenient as a stop over.

The receptionist was so incredibly rude upon our arrival because I don’t speak fluent French! I was disgusted by her attitude and we will never stay at this hotel because of this. It made us feel very uncomfortable.

Receptionist was rude and could see we did not understand what she was saying so just kept repeating in French and left us with know idea of room numbers. She wouldn’t even write them down when we point at the pen and paper in front of her.

Water dripping down wall, breakfast was unorganised. We waited over 5 minutes for a spoon. Whilst yogurts were replenished....

The receptionist at check in on this day was incredibly friendly & understanding as we didn't speak very good French. She explained where breakfast was & the timings etc. She was very helpful.

The same lady from our stay at the beginning of the week was the receptionist on breakfast/check out so the same unpleasant manner. No kettle in the room to make boiling water for formula fed baby. Had to buy a kettle for this overnight stay

Convenient & cheap

The receptionist on check in didn't seem to want to be able to help us. We don't have very good French but she didn't really want to try when we were going to Google translate to help. Didn't explain about breakfast or anything, were left guessing at where that would be in the morning. We didn't realise there would be no kettle, we have a baby who is formula fed & because of how the receptionist was, we didn't feel like we could ask about boiling water facilities. Ended up driving to McDonald's to get some then bought a cheap kettle for the overnight stay on our way home

aircon, clean rooms, quiet, and free parking in secure place. also very friendly and we'll priced pizza and kebab style food place 100yards away👍

the one small negative was that somebody opened our door in the night so I guess the door didn't auto close / auto lock, just a small thing though.

Staff very helpful! Spacious free car park. Ideal for Le Mans 24hr circuit and The University. Bakery, Tskeaways/restaurants 2min walk- perfect. Volcano Pizza -superb.

Room needed some updating and noise from guests picnic/drinking in the car park right outside our bedroom window was very annoying! Also cars being cleaned/reviving engines loud voices gone midnight.

stressful when we thought we could not get into the hotel at midnight. after finding dirty clothes and used face mask it

it was convenient location as a stop over

hairs in bed, a used mask and clothing in bed from previous guest, smelt of stale cigarettes, pillows were old and lumpy. we secured the booking with an Amex credit card we arrived late as we had travelled from Paris to use the self service check in machine. this would not accept the Amex and the card kept being declined. we had 3 children sleeping in the car so began to panic. luckily we had a different credit card which was accepted and keys were issued.
