What a beautiful location. The penthouse apartment is gorgeous with fantastic views. The dinner we had in the restaurant was outstanding.

The room was superb. The Prestige Suite had huge windows overlooking the lake. We also had a private patio overlooking the lake.
The staff was indifferent and one was completely unhelpful. We are senior citizens and were not offered help with our luggage and getting a second cup of coffee was out of the question, for example. We paid £22 per person for the most pitiful breakfast I have ever seen.
