Couldn’t have wished for more!!

Very caring hosts, with exceptional views and location. Room is spacious and has all newly added appliances. The balcony is lovely to sit out on and look over the lake, and is a lovely 15 min walk from the town centre. Neighbours an amazing restaurant which the family welcomed us to and recommended. Speaking of, our hosts were super helpful in recommending us for skiing and anything we needed!

Warm and welcoming with an incredible view!

We loved everything about our stay at B&B Pletna! The location was supreme, waking up every morning with an amazing view of Bled Island, and an easy walk along the lake into town. The staff were super helpful, especially Manca who went out of her way to help us book our horse-riding. We were able to hire a boat to row to the island too. The rooms were really cute and comfortable.

Exceptional view of the lake, pretty and homely feel, very comfortable.

It is on a road so might be noisy in the summer but, in the winter, when we stayed there, it was fine. Shame breakfast wasn’t included in the price.

A little gem by Lake Bled

B&B Pletna is certainly one of the most wonderful places to stay on a trip to lake Bled. The view is stunning, the rooms are beautifully furnished and extremely clean with great amenities, the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional.

Homely guesthouse on Lake Bled

Lovely hosts, really friendly and attentive. Great location overlooking the lake. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Great, good value breakfast. Free parking place. Vse pet!

My only little suggestion, thicker curtains would be a plus but we had a wonderful stay.

Exceptional B&B

The location was absolutely superb: the view from the room and balcony was even better than in the photos. The room, although small, was extremely cosy and comfortable and spotlessly clean, and we loved that there was a wide selection of teas and coffee available just outside the room. The family who run the B&B were extremely welcoming and helpful, and we felt completely at home there.

The only negative thing, and this is being picky, is the curtains let a lot of light in.

We absolutely loved the location and the view from our room was amazing! We feel like the room was fab for its size, had everything you need and felt very homely. There was always hot water, our bins emptied regularly, there was extra pillows/bedding if needed. The hosts were a truly lovely couple who were so kind and welcoming and super happy to help you with lots of information of places to go and things to do.

I don’t want to say we didn’t like something because we just absolutely loved our stay but the only niggle I would say is that the shower was on the small side with not much space - but it still worked well there was good pressure and hot water!

It was a blast!

The view from my room was insanely good! Bed was comfortable, shower clean and stylish. The sheets and towels all smelled great and the place was spotless!! Simply how it is shown on the pictures and in the description. Definitely staying there again when i’m coming to Bled.

The hosts have their own children so I probably cannot be adopted and live there, hihihi.

Well located family run B&B with fantastic views.

Host family are amazing, friendly, warm and helpful. Great location - view was amazing. Close to bus stop - easy access to both Bohinj and Ljubljana, bus is cash only. Small supermarket next to the property - closed on Sundays. Close to Pletna boats to Bled Island. Boats and SUPs available for hire from adjoining property - extra hour for guests of the B&B. Direct access to the lake for swimming opposite the property, there is an additional beach area a 30 min walk around the lake. Bled centre is a 15min walk from the property. Bled Castle is a 30 min walk from the property. We had a late return flight and were able to store our luggage there.

Small room, a little dated. Breakfast was fine but expensive for what it was - we had it the first day then bought fresh pastries from the supermarket. As mentioned in the description the property is on a busy road but the location more than makes up for it.

Mojca was an exceptional host, she has thought of everything you might need for your stay. Nothing is too much trouble and was a fabulous ambassador for Lake Bled & and all the local amenities. Our stay was fabulous. Our room had the most beautiful view of Lake Bled's Church & Wishing Bell. Boats available to hire & breakfast available next door or beautiful hamper to room. The view was beautiful. The host family are welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and the cleanest we have seen across Europe. They have really thought of every thing to make the stay pleasant.

If you are sensitive to road noise this isn’t the place for you. It didn’t bother us.

My stay at B&B Pletna was absolutely exceptional. From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and helpful hosts, who shared great tips for local experiences and excursions. The lake-view room was like something out of a fairytale — breakfast just steps from the water in the morning, and sunsets from the balcony in the evening. The cleanliness, comfort, and tasteful decor of the room exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect — right by the lake, with options to rent a boat or paddleboard, and only a short walk from the center of Bled. The nearby Sova restaurant was a fantastic bonus. I also appreciated the free parking and excellent Wi-Fi.

The location is perfect, a view of the island you can’t say better than that. You can also rent row boats and paddle boards from the B&B as you’re a guest at a discounted price. We felt like we were staying with family with Mojca and Robert as they made us feel so welcome. Lots of people have asked where we stayed and we would 100% recommend this lovely place.

Bled and breakfast

Imagine having breakfast 5 meters from Lake Bled . Now imagine walking those 5 meters and hopping into a rowing boat and rowing your way across to the island. On returning imagine a swim in the refreshing waters. In your room you have a kettle to make endless cups of tea and coffee provided, to be taken on your lake view balcony. Imagine the owner Robert giving you a private SAP lesson making it feel effortless. Imagine having a delicious Czec dinner in the excellent restaurant next door. Now stop imagining and press book now. You won't regret it!

As its on the road there is the noise of traffic but with the shutters and double glazed windows closed entirely acceptable.

Exceptional Location at Lake Bled - B & B Pletna

Location, Location! Hotel location on the shore of Lake Bled. We were met by the most amazingly friendly owners who gave a great welcome and advice about the area. Our room overlooked Lake Bled, had air conditioning and was very clean with a lovely balcony the we used daily. Breakfast offered a great variation and was next to a very good restaurant with shops nearby. Great location for everything in the area. Car park was available at the hotel. Loved our time here, made special by the people, and look forward to returning again.

A perfect stay in an idyllic spot

A very warm and friendly welcome by Mojca and family. I can’t think of a better position by the lake. Idyllic spot with incredible and unbeatable views from the balcony, with restaurants literally next door or within a minute’s walk. Very clean and great attention to detail. Step outside and cross the road and you can rent a rowing boat to take you to the island (and you can get an additional hour free if you’re staying at B&B Pletna. There’s also E-bike hire near by. The bus stop for buses into bled or to Lake Bohinj is a minute walk away. All in all a perfect stay and we would most definitely return

I had an amazing stay. The owners are so lovely, would highly recommend staying here. Great view over the lake. 15 minute walk from the centre of Bled. Can't wait to come back for another visit.

It is located on a busy road so for light sleepers it may be a problem but it is mentioned prior to booking. I had no issues.

We were very warmly greeted by our host. The room was bright, clean and very well equipped with a fantastic view over the lake and towards the little island. It was very close to bus stops, boats, two restaurants and a supermarket and a 15 min walk along the lake to Bled.

We absolutely loved the position on the lake. Views from our balcony were breathtaking especially as night falls. B&B was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. It was a leisurely 15 minute walk into town. Supermarket and bus stop were 2 minutes away and a couple of restaurants were also very close by. Would definitely recommend staying there.

A dream come true.

Mojca made us feel right at home and had all the finishing touches to go with the room to make us feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable. We had everything that we needed. Special shout out to Morja’s daughter who looked after us on the morning we hired a row boat. Such a lovely and respectful young lady.
