Highly recommend this spotless hotel. Great location across the street from the lake, nice room. Place looked like it had completely been renovated from top to bottom. Also, had a. Great breakfast. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant. Staff were extremely attentive in both at the front desk and restaurants. The only issue for some might be that it didn’t have an elevator, the hotel only has 2 floors therefore not an issue for us, but could be for others. They offered to help with the luggage, but we didn’t need it as we travel light. Hotel also offers parking. The night before we had stayed at an expensive hotel on the water, Vila Bled. Very disappointed, place had no charm, no people around including staff and very expensive. We decided to move the following day and this is where we stayed, great choice!

I wanted to really like this hotel, partly due to the location as it has a lovely outlook across the lake. However, opposite the hotel is a coach stop and there are hundreds of tourists arriving from the early morning right through the day. If you have a room facing the road, it’s really disruptive and the traffic noise makes it difficult to sleep, although this does die down a bit at night. Noise from the internal hallway and stairwell is constant. The breakfast is awful, the quality of food is very poor and unsurprisingly it wasn’t very busy. For the price of the hotel, you can surely find something better. I have no idea how the reviews for this hotel are so positive, it’s very misleading.

I never reviewed properties but this one deserves a fantastic review. Clean staff great and fab view over lake bled.
