Everything. Good location, set in beautiful gardens. Great breakfast, lots of choice and eggs cooked fresh however you wanted them. Tatiana the owner was wonderful and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, even had homemade lemonade and pastries in reception every day. A superb place to stay on lovely Lake Bled.

Lovely, peaceful hotel just 3-4 minutes walking distance to the lake, but away from the bustle of busy Bled. The hotel has private parking, and they let me park my motorcycle under cover which was nice since a couple of thunderstorms rolled through while I was there. There is an elevator to take you up to the rooms. The hotel did not have air conditioning (a concern since I was traveling by motorcycle during the heatwave) but the room I got was on the cool side of the building. And they are able to keep the unit cool with a (really silent) ceiling fan and strategic luften. The room itself was large and very comfortable. The bathroom (with tub!) was very clean and felt large, with excellent water pressure. The bed was European firm, the pillows surprisingly not European soft! The grounds of the hotel are immaculate, as is the dining room. Breakfasts were very good with fresh breads and salads (from their garden!) as well as fresh fruit. Eggs were made to order. There is a hotel is really quiet, despite the house being wooden, the floors are well made so you can’t hear people walking around or up/down the stairwell.
Nothing! If I had to nitpick, it would be the sound of the delivery truck coming early to deliver fresh baked goods.

This property felt so homey and comfortable. Great family atmosphere and amazing customer service. The employees are so kind and attentive. They want you to have a great experience and the service shows. This stay was the highlight of my trip to Slovenia and the highlight of my trip to Bled. And the food service for breakfast is amazing. Always something new to try and they give you eggs and ham with your breakfast. Amazing healthy selection for breakfast!
