Really clean hotel central to everything. Great to have parking because it’s hard to find in Lake Bled. I didn’t try the pool in the hotel across the parking lot but looked nice. Great to have a fridge in the room.

The location was good. Just a short walk uphill. Wasn’t the best location for my father who can’t walk very far. The pictures on Expedia showed a pool with a water slide, so we booked this hotel as my child was hoping for a pool, but the pool is at the hotel next door. The hotel next door has a restaurant and lobby bar which would have been a better choice. The beds were foam and we did not find them comfortable.

ACs in the room were not working well. They gave 2 fans to make the room cooler but the fans are very noisy specially at night. We left the room for at least 5 hours and put the "clean the room" sign at the door. When we came back, room was still not cleaned. Swimming pool is good but only for 3 hours access and its in the other hotel. Location is good 10-15 mins walk to the lake but if you have luggages, difficult to just go by walking from bus station because location is up the hill. Breakfast is ok.

Perfectly acceptable hotel in popular tourist area. Our room was just about large enough (though the bathroom was a decent size), but the aircon really couldn’t cope adequately with the hot weather we suffered.

Nice hotel in a complex of hotels. Good location. We actually had a view of the castle ad church, which was lovely. Check in staff were a little cold, nothing bad just we started feeling like we should feel sorry for th as thet didnt want to be there. Room was very clean, goid facilities. Comfy. Balcony. The swimming pools in a nearby hotel. We used it everyday, brilliant place. Very relaxing and lovely staff. Breakfast was very good, loads of staff.

Good room with quite a nice view. Near the city centre. Parking is 10€/night in front of the hotel, which is okay. Good Breakfast and nice personnel. AC in the room and you can use the great spa in the hotel next door.

When you open the door to the room you get the feeling you just stepped 40 years back in time. Everything is old, aircon is only working in some rooms, the minibar has a nice description of how it works but there is no minibar in the room. On the plus side the kids loved the waterpark that is included. If you are thinking this doesn't match the rest of the discription, you are right... The waterpark is in the hotel across the street. You are allowed in for three hours, which is plenty enough to be fair. SO what should this cost? 80... Maybe up to 120 Euro for a night would be reasonable. But no. They charge you €400 for one night! Oh yeah, and just to rub it in, they charge €10 per day for parking in an over filled parking lot. Not worth the money

It was clean and comfortable with use of swimming facilities at the hotel next door which were extensive and great for families with young children. Location was central. We didn't have a lake view but there was a lovely.view of yhe mountains from out balcony.

The staff was very accommodating. I was just upset that the hotel listed a laundry facility, so we saved our laundry from traveling for two weeks and we were told that there was only dry cleaning. Luckily, we found a laundry facility about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

My reason for booking this hotel was for the air conditioning and mini fridge. The mini fridge was disconnected. The air conditioning was externally controlled and set so low it couldn't keep the room comfortable.

Overall the hotel would be good, but it is much more expensive than what is worth. For what we paid I would have expected a bigger room, with a real queen (or king) size bed (not two singles united), a hook where to hang the towels in the bathroom (tat was missing) and a working soap dispenser in the shower (the first day I disassambled the dispenser as it was not working, so to use it as a normal bottle, leaving it on the rack in the shower, the second day I found it exactly like that, as the cleaning person simply didn't care). The breakfast is good but the dedicated room is divided in three areas, on different levels, but food and beverages are in the first one, so when crowded is not easy reaching your table, taking stairs with plates and glasses in your hands

When we arrived to the front desk it took 10 minutes for the receptionist to appear, but that did not honestly bother us as much as she saying that all guests have arrived today and she does not have my reservation which made me feel uncofortable and I had to show my reservation. It went on and on until at one moment she finally gave us the keys. Morning reception was occasionaly friendy. I general i did not feel welcome at this “hotel”..?

Lovely suite with everything you might need and located close to the centre. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was superb. Only issue was that I had to learn to dial down the heating at night as otherwise the radiator fan would blow intermittently and keep me awake.
