Gorgeous pool area with a stunning view of the lake. Lovely well finished rooms and communal areas. Well worth the little extra to have a balcony view of the lake- was stunning for our anniversary celebrations. Excellent breakfast selection. Helpful staff.

Lovely hotel. I was so excited to stay here but sadly the pool was shut the whole time we stayed here. That was one of the reasons we booked the hotel too. Breakfast was lovely and rooms were modern.

Location is great, though our ‘lake view’ room had no real view of the lake. Pool and sauna (note they charge 14 euros extra for the sauna which is steep) would have been excellent but were sadly out of service for most of our trip. Breakfast good. Dinner option looked pricey so we ate out as there are plenty of more affordable options. The manager refunded us the car parking bill in recognition of the pool issue, which was good.

Nice hotel, you can’t get any closer to lake bled than this hotel so the location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice enough although it would be nice if there was a bin in the room, we only had a small one in the bathroom and also if you could access streaming services on the TV. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was good and had a decent selection. The pool on the roof has an amazing view over lake bled and it’s nice to use although we didn’t realise the saunas would be an extra cost until we arrived.

We were so lucky with Weather and had brilliant time. Hotel arranged paragliding for us which was excellent. Very friendly people but don’t always explain how long things take, signage is hit and miss.

Wonderful hotel with great amenities, including access to the swimming pool and a complimentary buffet breakfast. It's in a lovely location, right on the banks of Lake Bled. We opted for a "Park View" rather than a "Lake View", which meant our balcony was overlooking the car park and the road, so was a little noisy during the day. Next time we would pay the extra for a lake view. Despite that, we loved our stay and would absolutely return to this hotel.

Hotel Park exceeded my expectations in every way We enjoyed our room, the view of the lake and Castle, the staff, the Bled cake, the robots, the plants throughout the hotel, the spa, the overall location, the water fountain, the fire, the trips round the lake and the restaurant that was in the Michelin guide. This stay was wonderful and it was a perfect trip for a couple, the hotel was a credit to Bled and added to our fantastic trip to Slovenia.

Checked out today of this wonderfully located hotel. A helpfully extended checkout (at a reasonable 30Euros allowing us to stay in room until 2pm). We have stayed 3 nights - in a spacious and comfortable room overlooking lake. The staff have been attentive and helpful in an unobtrusive way. Food is excellent both breakfast & dinner. We enjoyed walking around the lake and taking the bus out for trips to Lake Bohinj and Ljubljana - so cheap 1,30 Euros each per journey! Do not miss the castle - a steep walk up but worth it. Go at sunset - truly beautiful.

Stayed for 2 nights with family while visiting Bled. We had originally booked the Rikil Balance (part of the same group of hotels), but it seems when booking, the hotel hadn't anticipated winter, and closed it for the winter season a few months before our trip, thus we were moved to the Hotel Park. It's a well presented hotel with a lovely pool area. Rooms were comfortable and some lovely views across the lake. It's not the quietest of hotels with some loud TV noise coming from an upstairs room (reported to reception at 22:15 but nothing was done about it) so have your ear plugs ready. Breakfast was very well catered for, though the quality was a little poor. Fruit juices were watered down alternatives and eggs vastly over cooked. Good choice of cereals and breads but pastries were very dry. Rooms were very clean however the curtains in both rooms (and i'm guessing most roooms suffered from the same) had broken rail clips so the curtains were hanging loose at the ends, causing light to bleed in over night. A small point but you'd expect more from a hotel of this size and price. Would happily stay again though due to it's location and the lovely pool area with lovely views across the lake.

Beautiful area, average hotel, bad staff... grumpy and not interested to help with anything... Looked to me like they were pretty annoyed just by the fact that they have to come to work... puffing and chuffing for absolutely any request made. Not sure if this is the typical Slovenian hospitality or what, but I'm definitely spending my money somewhere else next time I visit the area.

Hotel park was in a great location for a reasonable price including breakfast. Breakfast was a bit overrun with a tour group, but I think the staff still handled it well. The room was very warm at night and it was hard to adjust the thermostat however it was a decent room that was clean. The staff held our bags on checkout day which was great! Oh and we loved sitting by the fireplace.
