The location of the hotel was great. While there is not always a staff member present in person, they were readily available through phone call and message and if they needed to be on site, they were available on site.
The room that I was in was marked as having a separate outside bathroom. The bathroom was fine, the location is a little quirky, as it stems from a shared hallway that other guests use. This is not the fault of the hotel, the other guests on my last night had children and the kids were in one room (possibly an adult joined them at night), but they were not courteous of the common space of the hallway/using "indoor" voices while dealing with their family drama.

Great location, very easy check in and good communication with owner prior to and upon arrival. Underground reserved parking is a big bonus. Comfy bed and good aircon. Highly recommend the Oldest Bled Cellar across the road for dinner
Felt a little dated and is quite expensive for that reason but all accommodation in Bled is expensive now!

the location, the air condition , the manager / owner was kind he waited for us to check in- we were running late.
the property needs updating/ upgrading. It was clean and the aircon worked beautifully however it looked dated and the colour palette of the room was not pleasant to be in comparative to other properties of the same grade.
