The cleaness of the room.

The price of the breakfast if I want to added it to my staying. Too much expensive.

The staff were incredible, they were super friendly and welcomed us in, they stayed up late for our midnight check in and reccomended us all the places to visit, as well as ironing my smart clothes for a wedding I was in Bled for.

Nothing, it was all lovely.

We stayed at the apartment which is spacious for our family of four. Free parking is convenient for Bled. People working there are friendly and helpful. We got good tips to enjoy Bled.

Not much

Very friendly and helpful people. Very good breakfast (you can even prepare your own egg yourself). Quiet location, but still near the city centre and the lake. Good shower.

No airconditioning in the room (and even no fan) so it was incredibly hot during the night. It might be good mattresses (as can be read on the site) but nevertheless we didn't have a good night's rest due to the heat and the lack of airconditioning. Moreover there's no fridge in the room. Bled was the last stop of our trip through Croatia and Slovenia, so we could compare. Regarding the facilities, location and price, this was definitely way overpriced in relation to all the other hotels we had (and all but one of the other hotels had the very necessary air conditioning!). If the price would have been 2/3 of the price we paid, it would have been correct in relation to the facilities on the one hand (as mentioned: air conditioning would we a huge plus!) and in relation to the prices in the rest of Slovenia/Croatia on the other hand. In that case, our quotation could have be an 8, but given the current price and the lack of air conditioning a 6 is really the maximum.
