Great location - short walk to restaurants, lake and bus station. Jacuzzi was a great evening experience, especially during rainy evenings. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Access to kitchen facilities in the evening.
Add pans/ colander/ etc to the kitchen. Keep kitchen open during daytime (especially over lunchtime/dinnertime!).

Nice bed, room was a comfortable size
Both the sink and shower were partially clogged, which meant we couldn’t use either for very long without water leaking. This should have been known to hotel staff before we checked in

Lovely spacious attic room with air conditioning! Perfect location and we were able to park there. Helpful staff!

Nice old house decorated well.
Pool was not available even though the description states it would be. There was no air con in the room. The toileries provided were tiny and needed replacing.
