Parking was accessible, and located in front of the hotel. Chargebof 10€ per night. Pretty standard for European Hotels This hotel called itself a Wellness Hotel Focusing on health , balance and wellness. Once you enter the lobby is pumped full of a perfumed scented air. Awful! For those with scent allergist is is terrible breathing environment. Just not clean or fresh air. We booked a suite with a balcony. Hoping to enjoy fresh alpine air. Once we opened the balcony doors it was all cigarette smoke! Again making the balcony, view and entire experience unusable to us. It was toxic! Not the wellness experience we thought we where getting at a hotel advertised it as being a healthy option.

Pretty view of Lake Bled if room with a lake view selected. Fun water park like facility adjacent, mostly indoor. Would have liked larger outdoor pool area.

From outside it looks a little outdated from inside much is very good looking, not cosy more business oriented. Hugh pool area, but even as a Suite customer you need to pay for using a spa, that is nothing spectacular but ok. The view from the suite towards the lake was amazing a worth every dime. Spectacular location close to everything and a good bed with the nicest terrasse area.

Nice size rooms and comfortable bed. Remote didn't work and was never fixed (or replaced) despite asking front desk about it. One of the elevators didn't work so wait times to get up/down. Card to the spa only worked about half the time, but the staff was nice/helpful to replace each time. The spa area is nice, with pools and a jacuzzi. Lots of family/kids running around so for a solo traveler not the best atmosphere. In a great area, short walk to the lake and food options.

Our experience with taxis in Bled was they were hard to find and unreliable. Was left stranded a couple of times and had to walk. Overall though, highly recommend.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from lake bled. Great food options. Room had ample dust, even after daily clean. Lifts were not working for most of our stay and we were on the 5th floor. Staff were very helpfull, overall i would recommend this hotel due to its location.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location for activities around lake Bled. Pool facilities were excellent and the towels and bag provided for use during the stay was a nice touch. Breakfast had plenty of options with fresh fruit and waffles being our favourite choice. Would definitely return in the future and will be recommending to friends and family.

We had a lovely stay at the Rikli Balance Hotel. It’s worth (if you can) opting for a Lake view - as it is spectacular. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was amazingly well organised and reasonable @ 10 Euros per day. Pool/Spa area is big and wasn’t too busy when we went.

Lovely hotel in lake bled, welcoming receptionist, lovely room with a side lake view. Breakfast had the usual fare with continental meats, cereals with seeds, nuts and dried fruits. Hot food could have been better, lots of fried eggs on a plate which would have been better cooked fresh to order as per the very nice omelettes.

Brilliant location in Bled, staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were of a good quality with local decor displayed in the rooms and throughout the hotel being a nice touch. Only negative being that the A/C was not the best. I had it on the lowest setting for the entire time throughout my stay and the room temperature was still extremely humid. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a beautiful view of the lake. It was in a great area very near the lake close to shops and restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful and there were several swimming pools and a spa. The buffet breakfast was awesome and included an omelette bar. My only problem with this place we had to leave.

We stayed at the end of May and the hotel had NO A/C and the rooms were very hot at night. Also, Very small room, I could barely fit in the shower. No fitness center and the lobby was unremarkable- no place to sit and see the beautiful lake. It had a ski lodge vibe lacked any charm. It was more of a family hotel not a luxury hotel. The staff was not helpful. No place to get coffee before the restaurant opened at 7am. I would NOT recommend this hotel there are many more charming places with more character.

Hopefully they fix the elevators soon because they only worked maybe 30% of the time which made staying on the fifth floor really annoying. Also the room was quite loud. The family in the room next door kept us up. Other than that its a great hotel with nice location and pool area. Breakfast was also very good!

We had such a lovely stay here, all of the staff were extremely welcoming & helpful. Our room was massive, clean and had everything we needed. The spa was lovely, although you do have to pay extra to use the sauna which was a bit unexpected and would have liked to be included in the price of the stay. Good location although either a climb up stairs or around the back up the road - potentially not great for guests with limited mobility (although could drive right up). The bar was nice but could do with some additional cocktail options :)

The staff peole were very cold et non good for service information. The clean wasn’t make when we came back from excursion for the dinner one night. They never say they were sorry . They act like robot, no sympathy.They charge for all services and they don’t propose restaurants or special activities. The temperature of the room was too warm et nothing they can do.

A lovely hotel, very comfortable bed, great facilities and breakfast. We had a lake view room with balcony and the views were picture perfect. Could watxh that view for hours!!! The only minor criticism was how hot the rooms were. Having travelled around Europe, we have experienced this before but the hotel was in winter mode to keep it heated. Air conditioning isnt available until later in the year. The lady on reception advised us to keep the balcony door open to air the room. The area was perfectly quiet so this worked well. Would recommend this hotel and would return again.

The hotel is one of the least attractive buildings on the lakefront from the outside, which is a shame, but inside it’s been done to a really high standard. Communal areas and rooms are lovely, and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Location is great - it’s elevated a bit from the lake so there are great views. Breakfast is very good and staff are welcoming.
