Convenient, clean, quiet place to stay.

The hotel was very conveniently located. It's literally around the corner from the bus stop, close to restaurants, and two minutes from the lake. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was tasty. The staff was very friendly. It was quiet. There is a lot of attention to minimum impact practices.

The room was a little small. There are a dozen light switches, which were spread around the room, but I couldn't get it bright enough. The shower is a little small, at least by US standards (maybe not by European standards). The room was excessively hot when I arrived and it was difficult to cool it off. I would have liked a fridge.

Great location and breakfast

Excellent breakfast spread. Large rooms. Free luggage storage before check in and after check out. Very convenient for the bus station and restaurants.

There was only a small glass divider in the shower area. There were no shower curtains to prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom floor. A kettle would be nice to make tea. A bit overpriced for what it is but I guess that's common in Lake Bled. No lake views but I knew that when booking the hotel; it's just a few minutes walk to the lakeshore.

Tired and slightly dated tourist hotel - main appeal is good location for Lake Bled

Well placed for access to Lake Bled.

The hotel is a tired and slightly dated tourist hotel, that seems to cater to a relatively large number of package tours. Although the front desk were nice, one of the older members of staff in the dining room was extremely unhelpful - the hotel has removed kettles from guest rooms due to a past fire and while the front desk now send you to the dining room to get a hot drink instead, this particular staff member was less than helpful about the matter. The interaction was not pleasant. Breakfast was varied, but of generally poor quality - i.e. lots of fruit, but it was largely unripe, etc.

Well located hotel with an excellent breakfast

The location was perfect as we arrived via FlixBus and the bus stop was a two minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was probably one of the best we ever had in a hotel. The food was fresh, tasty and varied. I also like the fact that we had a coffee machine and coffee pods in the room. The staff were super helpful and made our stay a fantastic one. Should we be back in Bled, we will happily stay at this hotel again.

Would be great if the Netflix and Apple app are on the TVs to be able to cast to them from the phone or to sign into your account.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We would definitely book to come again.

The breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed it. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent. The room was spotless. The staff were very helpful when we asked questions about the area. This is a very nice hotel in a perfect location.

I would have liked to have a kettle and teabags, because I don't like espresso coffee but I do like to have a hot drink in the room. I also had some trouble with the air conditioning at night because I was too hot and couldn't get it cooler. I understand this is because of eco air conditioning. I solved this by opening the window instead.

Lovely hotel in ideal location

The hotel is located just a couple minutes walk from the lake and the bus station which is great for getting to the train station easily. After reading some not so great reviews we were quite apprehensive about our stay however our room was lovely. It was very clean and the shower was great. The view from our balcony (despite not booking a balcony) was beautiful! Before we arrived staff helped us to workout which bus to get from the station and were very helpful.

The stay was great so only a couple things that could help make the room 10/10 - a mini fridge in the room would be amazing for keeping water cold in your room - antibacterial hand soap instead of shower gel in the toilet - a general waste bin as we only had plastic and paper recycling bins -we missed our bus because there was an issue with checkout and there was no manager available, it made things quite stressful as nothing was explained to us and seemed to be a simple fix

The location is excellent. The hotel provided us with extra space free of charge as we traveled with a small child and they had a spare room. We loved the tasty breakfast, the luggage deposit, and how friendly the staff was.

Lovely stay close to the lake

We got a free upgrade to a family room so that was a much appreciated surprise. The room was spacious, super clean and had a nice view from the two balconies to the mountains and a bit of the lake as well (through the trees). We got a tub in our bathroom which we were really happy about. The bed was super comfy. I liked the fact that they are trying to be eco-friendly and also when you don’t need to clean your room, you hang a special eco tag on your door and get a free wellness center entry. (We didn’t use it due to my bad time management though - but still, it was nice!) The staff were always nice. The breakfast was delicious, offered even plant based or low sugar options which is something I really enjoyed, I have not seen this much in other hotels. And we really enjoyed the view at the hotel cat which was present at the terrace during breakfasts. :) The surroundings were nice, there’s a pharmacy right next to the hotel, a few restaurants/bistros and the lake is just 5 minutes away. Be aware of the nearby church ringing the bell regularly - we did not care but some people might. All in all, lovely stay and we would definitely come back here next time we are in Bled!

Great breakfast. I really liked that you can get a coupon for the wellness and appriciated the eco-friendly environment. Overall, it was very much worth it for the price.

Breads on the breakfast were stale on our last day. It would be also nice if the TV had an YouTube app.

Chilled out 2 night stay

Location was great, a minute walk to the shore of Lake Bled with plenty of evening meal options. Parking was available in front and behind the hotel. Room was compact but the balcony was great to chill out on. Breakfast was plentiful. The Wellness centre has 2 jacuzzis and 4 saunas (no swimming costumes).

Mattresses were a bit soft. The jacuzzis could do with a bit of TLC.
