Adequate hotel and room. Location and parking are perfect.

Location great for enjoying Bled and the lake by foot and bike. Restaurants, bars, and shops all nearby. Having on site parking is a huge plus.

The rooms are a bit expensive for what you get but the area is extremely popular. Prices are not out of line for the area.

Excellent location of hotel, so close to Lake Bled!

Breakfast was adequate (could do with more options for vegetarians), size of room was not spacious but it was satisfactory and the balcony was a nice touch though not used (given the hotel location), and the hotel location was excellent, only a 5-minute leisurely walk to the serene Lake Bled.

Our air con unit wasn't working and although we were offered a different room it would have meant being further away from our friends. The hotel ended up giving us a small table fan, but I really recommend that the management check all the amenities in the rooms before guests arrive so you can detect any malfunction and remedy them immediately before guests arrive.

I probably won't return to this hotel.

The family room was divided into two rooms and it was great.

The air conditioner in one of our rooms did not work, they gave us another room, luckily we checked the air conditioner before moving and it did not work either, we stayed in the same room with a fan. The facilities in the room are not suitable for a 4 star room. Breakfast was mediocre, coffee was not good. The restaurant is small for the size of the hotel, so the buffet area was sometimes crowded.

Good location, rude staff and expensive for what it is

The location near the lake was great, as were the pool facilities (although noting that they aren’t within the hotel itself). Breakfast also had great options, it was definitely busy but we always managed to find space. The breakfast staff were amazing and I have no idea how they keep up with everything

The person checking us in was very rude and judgemental, we arrived in the rain with backpacks and had walked 5 minutes from the bus stop and the look and tone of the conversation was very condescending given our condition. I appreciate that we were paying for the lake side location but the hotel was definitely not worth the day rate that we paid. It was very basic and the rooms a little dated

Clean rooms and bathrooms, very good location, nice swimming pool included in the hotel price (building opposite).

Breakfast at a maximum 3-star hotel level, rooms and bathrooms are clean but look like they are from 30 years ago, leaking shower cabin, air conditioning that cannot be adjusted, the gentleman at the reception (short, thin) behaves as if he is being forced to work there.

Exceptional

Everything was exceptional , from a guy that greeted at the parking lot who had the list of guests that are arriving that day ( every hotel should have that ) , stuff at the reception Anže and Maja , who were very kind and helpful. Room is clean and spacious enough , bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Honestly , if I was going back to Bled I wouldn`t even bother checking any other hotel.

Not worth the price

The pillows

No lake view as expected. No seal fitted to glass shower door resulting in floor flooding and wood rotting around the bottom of the door. Stains on carpet and toilet roll holder broken.

Everything was great from location, comfort of the rooms (so happy to have these inter-connected rooms, which are great for families, but we can't find them in many places). Good restaurants nearby, the lake is just 5 min away. A big plus is the access to the SPA.

Not worth the money

The location is fine, not far from the lake. The gratuitous three hours in the spa of the neighboring hotel was also nice, but nothing special as only the pools were included.

While most of the staff was nice and helpful, especially during the checkout, there was one person who was borderline rude, and all interactions were rather unpleasant. The WiFi connection was rather poor. The shower was terrible: the water changed the temperature randomly. Very unpleasant experience to suddenly get a flow of boiling or nearly freezing water onto your head. The breakfast was mediocre, with absolutely minimal choice of food, and crowded, even though it was not in a peak season. The door to the balcony worked terribly and sometimes didn't open at all. There was the smallest kettle in the room but not even a single tea bag. Overall, with the wide choice of hotels available at Bled, I would recommend booking something else.
