Not a 4 stars hotel

Staff at reception was nice. The room was very clean and well designed

The staff at the spa and pools was grumpy and unhelpful. They did not allow the two of us to enter using a single card, while an entire family was allowed to do so. I went upstairs to pick up the card but was never able to return to the spa. It was not worth going downstairs for 20 minutes. They should have had a guest list instead. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, to the point that I could not sleep properly. Breakfast was very abundant, but mostly unhealthy. Overall, the level of comfort did not meet what I would expect from a four-star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful view. I enjoyed a drink at the lobby bar and enjoyed the comfortable couches to lounge at while having my drink. The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. I enjoyed time on the balcony over looking the lake.

Lovely stay in a beautiful town .

Really clean and modern with a very nice atmosphere and stunning view from our balcony . The spa and leisure centre were excellent .

Everything is a bit off, like looking for ways to charge extra for things

The hotel looks modern, the location is really nice and the staff is very professional.

The whole deal felt misleading. It clearly advertises as a spa / wellness / thermal pool location. So it says it has a sauna, but it's not very clear from the start it's not included in the price of the room (it's 25 Euro). It has parking space, but hey, no one said it's not changed extra. The hotel also seems to charge 5 Euro for checking in, I mean, what's up with that? Is that your core thing, getting your guests in the hotel?

We had a very enjoyable time

The hotel has a very nice view of the lake. There was a good variety of food in breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room Several and different pools

There are TOO many steps to go down to the lake. There is an extra charge for sauna and steam bath. Very slow service at the pool restaurant. We ordered a pizza based on the picture on the menu and the menu said tomatoes and mushrooms but what we received eventually was a large oblong piece of bread with a tomato paste and very few mushrooms, nothing like the picture. When I mentioned this to the waiter he said the picture has nothing to do with the actual pizza!!

A great option for a relaxing break in Lake Bled

The room was a good size and had useful amenities like a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is great. A short walk from the lake, lots of restaurants and the local bus station for getting to/from Ljubljana.

One of the two elevators didn't seem to work the first day or two of my stay but it was fixed by the final day. Just slowed things up a little but not a big deal.

Avoid at all cost, overpriced, smelly and disappointing

View of the lake is nice

The hotel including both the room and the shared parts is overwhelmed with incredible and suffocating smell of cheap chemical cleaning products. I have no idea why but it’s like instead of cleaning it they are just spraying chemicals upon layers of dust. Truly disgusting. Also breakfast was very poor, coffee tasted like made from stale beans, fresh veg and fruit selection poor quality and not seasonal, the breakfast room itself has all the atmosphere and charm of a midtown austro-hungarian raiway station.

I would expect that for such high standard of the hotel the parking lot is included in the total price. But that is just one disadvantage that I see.

Great hotel. Service lacking

Great location, clean and excellent pool and spa facilities. 5 minute walk to the centre of Bled

Staff were poor. I don’t think we noticed a smile over four days. We waited 30 minutes at check in as the desk could not handle the amount of people with just one person working. In three nights our room was never cleaned, towels refreshed or beds made. This is unusual for a hotel. No “we are resting” sign on the door at any stage, it was as if you had to ask for any kind of room cleaning. Breakfast was good, evening meal poor. As we weren’t on an evening meal package but had a long day we wanted to pay to use the buffet one evening. Which is advertised outside with prices. It took a long time to explain this and staff seemed almost aggrieved that we were not booked in despite 2/3 of the restaurant being empty and it being a buffet. Asked for a taxi to be booked to take us back to the airport. This also wasn’t actioned. So facilities great but this never felt welcoming as a hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, stunning view of the lake and castle from the restaurant and pool. The room was nice.

An amazing stay! Both girls behind the bar downstairs were always amazing. The staff were so so helpful at all times. The room was huge and the balcony had an amazing view. Really great experience, we will definitely be back!

Everything, from reception when we came ( Biljana was great👍🏻) to cleaning ladies. We got free parking because we stay for 5 nights,that was great touch. Breakfast was excellent with variety of fruit, vegetables and eggs prepared in so many ways , waffles and honeycomb we like it😄

Like everybody who make a comment before me- A/C…for our taste it’s file like no working at all, but luckily you can open the balcony door for good night sleep and during the day your not in the room soo….

Despite advertising air conditioning this was not switched on. When we asked at reception they said that this needs to be enabled centrally and would not be done for the duration of our stay. Had we known this we would have closed a different hotel.

Modern hotel very close to the beautiful lake bled

- It is only a 3-4 minute walk to lake bled - Room was comfortable and very clean - Staff very friendly - Hotel has a wellness centre which include a huge pool with flume and jacuzzis. It also has a sauna which you need to pay for - Breakfast was decent and had lots of choice

One of the days we opted for the restaurant dinner which was again a buffet style like the breakfast. The options were limited. We found out when we had to pay the final bill that this costed €35 each which is absolutely crazy! We thought it would be half this price, especially as the food was very average. I would recommend walking into town to get dinner elsewhere The room was very warm. Although the aircon was on and on the coldest setting it was still boiling. We ended up sleeping with the door cracked to let in the breeze.

Location was great, beautiful lake views and a short walk down to the lake. Swimming pools were excellent and kept the family entertained for hours! Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice available WiFi was good throughout. We had a suite which was great for what we needed with plenty of room. We found a little play area on one of the floors that entertained my toddler on a rainy afternoon.

Cleaning during the stay seemed quite light touch, eg they didn’t make the bed. Summer prices so it was quite expensive.

The perfect stay in Bled is in Rikli, do not try to save some bucks - just indulge yourself here

Spacious room with a Bled lake view: castle and the island on the lake with a church on it - just out-stan-ding! Very wide variety of breakfast, nice fresh brewed coffee, scrambled eggs done live by the chef, you can leave the car near the hotel for site-seeing even after the checkout. Greetings to all the staff who was very helpful and professional, almost invisible at first glance, yet you can feel their care every time you need it.
