It felt very homey, comfortable, and great value.

Beautiful location. We booked the castle view room and from the balcony the view was very scenic.

The shower stalls could have a shelf to place soap/shampoo. It was just a bit hard to shower without a place to put things

Fraud

A complete fraud.

There is a list of things that I didn't like. The room I got had a broken window that could not close fully so cold air was constantly coming in. I noticed this only after 6pm, which is when reception staff already left. I messaged and called them asking for a room change (which they had available), no reply. I used the same number we earlier communicated so I knew they saw the messages. Not wanting to get sick, I left after waiting for their reply for 2, 3 hours. I booked another place the same night and wrote to booking.com but still waiting for their reply. After 24h the staff of this place replied saying we gave you extra blanket, no refund will be made. That was 92 euros for 2 nights. I reported the place to tourist organization of Bled, and contacted booking representatives for this country. The video of the window is also available. -Their staff: - must have known about the window - ignored my calls and messages - refused to refund, but charged the full price. The place is good if you are a party student, that will replace room temperature minimum with alcohol consumption.

Staff were super lovely and and accomodating to any special requests

The shower cubicles were quite small so it was hard to keep towel and clothes dry while the shower was running. Only a minor issue though.

Great place in Bled

Great location & clean property. Just few meters away from the lake & major attractions. Kitchen was quite spacious with all possible amenities. Loved my stay for two nights

The kitchen was big enough to share with other guests and it was well equipped. The staff was really kind. And the welcome book was really helpful.

The bathroom was really small and there were not enough space to put our stuff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good. The room was spacious.

The kitchen worked but a bit dated. It was a bit weird to share the bathroom with both male and female, thankfully there weren't many people around.

Not clean

It was really close to the lake

The bathroom was shared (we knew that) but it was really bad and not clean. We didn't like it. The room was not cleaned as well (there was a chewed gum on the table)

It was a great choice for a night stay.

It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Close to the town, so you don’t need to worry about the parking.

The surroundings are a bit neglected. High grass, branches everywhere, it needs a bit of love.

Great location, clean and on budget.

Well located. Very clean. Basic but if going to the lake you won’t be in your room much. It’s about. 4-5 min walk to bars and restaurants which are on the lake side. Team were very helpful and the bath rooms had plenty of hot water and were clean. Will be using it again.

Excellent location - less than a 5 minute walk to the lake and shops/restaurants. The room and shared bathroom were both very clean. Good showers.

Me and my boyfriend booked a twin room where we were met with bunk beds and a tiny room where we could barely walk past each other without touching. The beds were very musty and yellow duvets to hide stains I’m guessing. Looks more a hostel than hotel. The bathroom was okay however we were sharing with girls that were very dirty and left hairs everywhere and didn’t flush. Mould on the ceiling and very small also. Requires people to be “quiet” after 10 yet other guests were very loud up until 3am. We left after the first night for somewhere else. Definitely don’t recommend unless you get one of the larger rooms and pay a bit extra. We paid £300 for 3 nights for a tiny box room which is ridiculous

Good budget-friendly stay

The apartment is simple and well-located - perfect for a short stay. Nice view of the castle and easy walking access to Lake Bled.

Sound isolation isn’t great, but it wasn’t a big issue since other guests were quiet. There’s no AC, so it can get a bit uncomfortable if the weather is very hot. Still, for the price and location, it’s a solid option.

Needs a bit of tlc and a lick of paint. Very wobbly wooden chairs on our balcony. Kitchen was lacking in basic cutlery and a kettle and a bin. But for the pice paid in lake bled its value for money.

i would not stay there again

The bed was comfortable, and we were tired.

We rented an apartment, but it turned out to be a former storage room — a small unit almost attached to the main house. The entrance was through a narrow hallway, about 50 cm wide, between the main building and this unit, which made getting in and out very uncomfortable. Inside, there was a tiny room with a table and a 1.5-meter kitchen unit, along with a very small bathroom that wasn’t functioning properly. The bathroom sink was leaking, it was very cold, and the room was barely larger than the bed. :( The bathroom towels smelled terrible — they were extremely old and worn out. There was visible dust and dirt under the bed, clearly showing that cleaning was only done superficially. In this context, charging an extra €10 per dog is completely unjustified and even absurd, considering the lack of cleanliness and poor overall conditions.

Great location, easy distance to walk into Bled. Although it was a shared bathroom, there was never an issue of not being able to get In it.

if your a light sleeper you may struggle. The noise carries quiet easily, so being on the ground floor, you could hear everytime someone comes in, walked up /down stairs or came down to use the bathroom.

Unbeatable prices, bled is an expensive place to stay in the context of Slovenia, but this is place is great value. Don't expect the Ritz, but it's friendly, comfortable place. Ask for a room with a balcony.

We felt really welcome in this place. It was like we were on a honeymoon. Bled is a really nice city and this establishment is perfect to explore it. The hosts are amazing and really welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Facilities a bit basic, more like a hostel than a hotel. Fittings lacking- no mirror in room, poor towels and pillows. Shared bathroom cramped, leaking shower cubicles, and no hand dryer. Overpriced for what was provided.
