Exceptional hospitality in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming apartment

The host was exceptionally polite and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very beginning. She prepared a delicious breakfast, and the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Lovely, close to Bled, and wonderful warm host!

The twin bedroom was comfortable and spacious, the facilities were excellent. The shared kitchen was clean, and it had all essentials one could need! Couldn’t recommend Katya and this room enough.

Felt right at home!

Great atmosphere, cosy and clean, everything as in description, amazing host, very helpful and caring. Beautiful views of Alps outside, 20 minutes to the Lake and bus station on foot, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. 3 minutes to the shop. I wholeheartedly recommend. You feel at home!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of travel advice, recommendation where to eat. We really appreciated the common kitchen, which had a fridge. The kitchen is well equipped with the basics. The room was extra clean. We felt like being at home. We definitely will be back if we are around again.

A very pleasant lady who took care of everything and made us a wonderful breakfast every morning. The lake was a 15-minute walk away. and as a bonus, our dog also got breakfast :)

Highly recommended, absolutely perfect place!

I have never been in such a wonderful guest house! The host is the most incredible and friendly lady! She had lots of helpful advice for dinner, she helped me with each and every problem I raised. The place is very clean and very comfortable, with a small but efficient kitchen and nice bathroom. The views are beautiful, Bled is incredibly beautiful! The centre of the village is 10mins walk from the villa. If you're planning on staying in Bled, this is definitely the place you should choose.

Feel yourself at home

The owner Katja does everything possible to make you feel at home. Her home made breakfasts are delicious, both "salt" (ham, cheese, eggs) and "sweet" (pancakes or belgian waffles). She helps very much with choosing your daily trips. The place itself is very lovely with picturesque mountains on the horizont. Not far from Bled lake but we preferred to go there by car.

The hostess was increadibly kind and helpful. The room was very nice. The breakfast was tasty.

The wifi is very spotty. The water in the shower alternates between bot and cold all the time. You can't shut the light out so the room is lit when the sun is up.

Felt like home

A little gem located within walking distance from Bled. This wonderful villa has free parking in the front and a nice garden in the back. The rooms are spacious, comfortable (especially the beds are amazing!) and spotlessly clean. Katya is a delicious host. Se really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure that we had the best possible experience in the wonderful Slovenia.

Absolutely magical

The host was the kindest. She gave us all kind of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. There were 3 kittens waiting on us outside on arrival and that made our stay even more magical. The location was beautiful, a walk of 15 minutes to the centre of Bled. Because we didn't stay in the centre, we were able to explore more of the scenic area with the surrounding mountains and valleys. The second we left, we missed it already. We can't wait to return, I am sure we will come back in the near future.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, that might've been an issue if we would have stayed for a longer period of time. It was not a dealbreaker though.

Relaxing and peaceful stay

Everything was just perfect, Katja was very kind and helpful, she provided lots of information about what we can do in the area and where we can eat. Katja’s place is located in a very beautiful house area, quite and very clean…the lake and the center can be reached in max 20 min walk and the walk is very relaxing trough the nature. I would totally recommend this place!
