- Very clean and quiet
- Spacious room and bathroom
- Easy parking on site
- Street access restricted to residents
- Short walk (down a fairly steep hill) to lake
- Good WiFi
- Nowhere to make proper coffee and no place nearby
- Not really in the main part of Bled town, good for avoiding traffic and crowds, but only a couple of relatively expensive restaurants in walking distance

It’s spacious with a large outdoor terrace. The AC was excellent - very important given the heatwave. The location is great. It’s in a small collection of houses called Milino a 45!’in walk from Bled central. There are a couple very good restaurants in the area as well.

Walkable location to the lake, clean and upscale building, loved the cow next door (could hear her but didn't get to see her).
There was no coffee in the room or on site. The room was small compared to the rooms we stayed at in Ljubljana and Bohinj and the window looked out on a busy driveway so there was no view and no privacy, we had to keep the blinds closed. The formal vibe of this property wasn't a good fit for us.
