great selection of breakfast from the menu; extremely large portions (perhaps too much!); location is stunning; music by the water on Sunday night was a great touch; shower was outstanding
food at dinner was terrible and expensive (much better elsewhere in town); rooms were a bit shabby and could do with an upgrade although some might like the "shabby chic" nature of the villa; limited shelving in bathroom; we were told that we had lake views when we arrived but there is a massive sign in front of the balcony that blocks the view (remove the sign/put it elsewhere and suddenly the room on the 1st floor would have great views)--in the meantime, you can't see a single bit of water

the location could not get any better ! right on Lake Bled and a very short walk to Bled Castle. Would have loved to stayed longer in this slice of heaven !

You can't get much better in terms of location, a really lovely place to stay, friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. Really enjoyed sitting out the front only yards from the lake watching the world walk past.
Only thing was that when we arrived by car, it wasn't clear what to do with the car as nowhere to legally park close to the hotel, so you sort of have to abandon the car or park in a motorcycle space until you have been in to get the fob for the car park.

Good location. The hotel is near to the bus station, approximately 5 minutes walk. It is facing Lake Bled. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel as well, so it is convenient for dinner.
I had to check out at 7am in the morning, and the hotel staff was very kind and prepared to-go breakfast for me which included a huge sandwich, bottled fruit juice, oranges, mineral water, etc.
The number of power sockets were limited and no power socket near the table. The TV was not working and the error message was in Slovenian. The toilet was quite small and the wet & dry separation for the shower area was not working well. The glass door for the shower area was unable to prevent the water from flowing to the dry area. Considering the price of EUR 160 per night, I am quite disappointed with the room.
